Moonsisters In the Kitchen: Truffle Cheese Omelette

Recipe Truffle Cheese Omelette: 

This recipe is quick to prepare and delicious to serve on a lazy Sunday, with or without a hangover. This omelette provides a good base and is just a delicious treat. You have to spoil yourself sometimes! 

What do you need? 

-Butter or oil

-Young turffle cheese 

-Eggs 

-a little salt 

-Flavoured cream 

-A bowl with a mixer 

-a pan 

Whisk three eggs with the whipped cream until fluffy, add the grated truffle cheese and mix through the eggs and whipped cream.

Then heat the butter in the pan and wait until it is thoroughly warm. 

Pour the eggs with cream and cheese into the pan and let it fry for a while. Add a little salt. 

As soon as the outside is slightly browned, spoon one half over the other to create an omelette. Let the omelette burn a little more, but make sure you don't keep it in the pan too long, otherwise it will get dry. Serve with bread of your choice and voilà and delicious truffle cheese omelette.
