This Tequila cocktail is a favourite of Lieke and the perfect birthday cocktail. Super simple but delicious! 

What do you need? 

-A dash of Tequila 

-Fizzy water

-Iceland 

-Lemon juice of half a lemon 

Add a splash of Tequila to a glass and then fill the glass with ice cubes. Pour in the lemon juice and finish by filling the glass with sparkling water. And your delicious, fresh cocktail is ready!
