Delicious, super easy to make cookies and just a little healthier than the standard variety.
Fun to make with kids or yummy for yourself of course!

What do you need?
-Mixer
-Baking tray with baking paper
-120 grams of whole wheat flour
-3/4 tsp baking powder
-1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
-little bit of salt
-21 grams unsalted butter
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-67 grams of mashed banana
-15 ml semi-skimmed milk
-64 grams of coconut sugar
-42 grams of chocolate chips
What to do.
Step 1:
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Then stir in the butter, vanilla, mashed banana and milk. Stir in the coconut sugar. Add the flour mixture, mix this mixture briefly. Then spoon in the chocolate chips. Chill the cookie dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 2:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line a baking sheet with a silicone baking mat or baking paper.
Spread cookie dough onto baking sheet with a spoon and spatula. Press cookie dough flat to desired thickness and width.
Step 3:
Bake at 180 degrees for 9-11 minutes. Let cool on the baking sheet for 10 minutes.
