Energy This Week

We are in the midst of a powerful eclipse portal of renewal and change. The energy is high and unpredictable, as if we are all riding a rollercoaster together. Just when you think it has calmed down, another ‘cosmic energy loop’ appears. Many are experiencing deep cleansing and transformation processes — mentally, emotionally, and physically.

The energy of Aries is currently very strong, as both Neptune and Saturn are in Aries, calling for action, concrete choices, and decisive steps. No longer waiting until it feels safe or like the "right moment," but taking leadership over your own new beginning.

At the time of the annular solar eclipse, the Sun is still just in Aquarius. This brings a powerful Aquarian energy (air), merging with the energy of Aries (fire), creating a dynamic, forward-moving force. This year carries a strong combination of fire and air. Fire brings passion, initiative, and drive; air brings ideas, vision, communication, and speed. Together they act like a spark that quickly ignites. Inspiration and new ideas can be translated into action almost immediately. You may have noticed for weeks already that everything seems to be accelerating, as if the universe has pressed the fast-forward button.

On February 18, the Sun enters dreamy, sensitive Pisces, softening the energy and making it more intuitive.

Moon phases this week:waning Moon (until February 16), new Moon (February 17), and waxing Moon (from February 18).

February 17: New Moon + Annular Solar Eclipse in Aquarius

This new Moon and annular solar eclipse — the ‘ring of fire’ — in Aquarius feels like an electric wave. During an annular eclipse, the light does not disappear completely; a fiery ring remains visible in the sky. Energetically, this mirrors what may be felt now. Something is being eclipsed, but not to vanish — rather to change form. It is a transitional moment in which old light dissolves and new light announces itself. The effect of this eclipse will be felt for months, at least until the powerful total solar eclipse on August 12 this year.

Aquarius carries the energy of renewal, liberation, and future-oriented thinking. What once felt familiar may suddenly feel tight or restrictive. An inner restlessness may arise, a desire to break free from expectations, structures, or roles that no longer align with who you are becoming. It is as if your system senses that the time is ripe for a leap forward, even if your mind still clings to certainty.

This feeling is intensified because Uranus, the ruler of Aquarius, went direct on February 4. Where recent months brought mostly internal shifts and preparatory insights, external movement can now occur. Realizations may arrive suddenly, situations may turn unexpectedly, and decisions that have been ripening for a long time now want to be made. Uranus acts like lightning: disruptive, yet liberating. What feels unstable is often what is no longer authentic.

At the same time, Neptune and Saturn have just entered Aries, giving the energy a completely new tone. Aries is pure beginning, initiative, and courage. Neptune brings vision, ideals, and spiritual depth, while Saturn demands responsibility and tangible form. Together they create tension between dream and action. You may feel a new inner desire arising — a different version of yourself wanting to be born. This requires mature choices and clear boundaries. Illusions dissolve more quickly. What remains is the question: who am I truly, and do I dare to act accordingly?

All these energies together may create restlessness, heightened sensitivity, or sudden clarity. You may experience bursts of inspiration followed by fatigue as your system adjusts to new frequencies. Old beliefs may surface unexpectedly to be released once and for all. It is natural if you feel caught between two worlds: the old not fully closed, the new not yet fully visible.

This period invites trust in the unknown. Not everything needs to be understood or controlled immediately. The energy asks for openness — a willingness to think differently, choose differently, and perhaps even see yourself differently. It marks a shift from collective awakening to personal embodiment: not only feeling that something is changing, but taking the step yourself. What begins to move now has the power to fundamentally shift your direction.

February 20: Rare Saturn–Neptune Conjunction at 0 Degrees Aries

A few days after the eclipse, a rare conjunction between Saturn and Neptune takes place at zero degrees Aries. Historically, this alignment has been associated with major shifts — including the Russian Revolution (1917) and the fall of the Berlin Wall (1989–1990). With this conjunction, a cycle that began in 1989 comes to completion. A new cycle of approximately 36 years now begins. Reflect on 1989. How old were you then? What themes were present in your life?

Aries marks the very first point of the zodiac — the primal spark where something exists in pure potential, untouched by past experience. Here, no repetition of the old is born, but a fundamentally new beginning. When Saturn and Neptune meet here, structure and vision, form and dream, responsibility and ideals merge into one creative impulse. It is no longer about dreaming or doing — it is about dreams taking form, vision demanding backbone, spirituality penetrating reality rather than escaping it.

Energetically, this feels like a deep recalibration of identity. You are invited to take a new version of yourself seriously — not as fantasy, but as promise. Old illusions may dissolve, especially those in which you kept yourself small or waited for external permission. At the same time, responsibility may feel heavy, like an inner call to maturity. Zero degrees Aries is raw, unpolished, and direct. You may feel a strong urge to begin, to act, to make decisive choices — while doubt simultaneously arises: can I do this? Am I allowed to? Precisely there lies the power of this conjunction. Your deepest soul mission calls, and you are asked to carry it consciously.

Collectively, this marks a shift in how ideals are lived. Great visions require concrete grounding. Dreams without foundation dissolve, structures without soul crumble. What remains is a new blueprint in which inspiration and responsibility walk hand in hand. In alignment with the eclipse energy and Uranus’ movement, it becomes clear that this is not an isolated moment, but part of a larger awakening process. Where insights once struck like lightning, this point now asks for conscious embodiment and sustainable construction.

This is the moment when you no longer merely feel that something new wants to emerge — you decide that you are the one who will give it shape. A beginning without guarantees, yet rooted in inner truth. A step forward, not because everything is certain, but because standing still is no longer an option.

What new beginning is waiting for you — and wants to be turned into action now?

Energy diese Woche

We are in the midst of a powerful portal of renewal and change. The energy is high and unpredictable, as if we were all riding a roller coaster together. No sooner does it seem to calm down than the next "cosmic energy loop" follows. Many are experiencing profound cleansing and transformation processes — mentally, emotionally, and physically.

The energy of Aries is currently very present, as both Neptune and Saturn are in Aries, and it calls for action, clear decisions, and concrete deeds. Don't wait any longer until it feels safe or "right," but take the lead in your new beginning yourself.

At the time of the annular solar eclipse, the sun is still just in Aquarius. This brings powerful Aquarius energy (air), which combines with the energy of Aries (fire). The result is a dynamic, forward-driving force. This year is strongly influenced by the combination of fire and air. Fire brings passion, initiative, and energy; air brings ideas, vision, communication, and speed. Together, they act like a spark that quickly spreads. Inspiration and new ideas can be immediately put into action. Perhaps you have been feeling for weeks that everything is moving faster—as if the universe has pressed the fast-forward button.

On February 18, the sun enters dreamy, sensitive Pisces, making energy softer and more intuitive.

Moon phases this week:waning moon (until February 16), new moon (February 17), and waxing moon (from February 18).

February 17: New moon + annular solar eclipse in Aquarius

This new moon with a ring-shaped solar eclipse—the "ring of fire"—in Aquarius feels like an electric wave. During a ring eclipse, the light does not disappear completely; a fiery circle remains visible. Energetically, this reflects what is currently being felt. Something is being darkened, but not in order to disappear, rather to transform. A moment of transition in which old light dissolves and new light announces itself. The effect of this eclipse will remain noticeable for months, at least until the total solar eclipse on August 12 of this year.

Aquarius carries the energy of renewal, liberation, and future orientation. What used to be familiar can suddenly feel restrictive or limiting. An inner restlessness can arise, a desire to break free from expectations, structures, or roles that no longer fit who you are becoming. Your system senses that the time is ripe for a leap forward, even if your mind still clings to security.

This feeling is intensified by the fact that Uranus, the ruler of Aquarius, returned to direct motion on February 4. Where previously there were mainly internal shifts, now there can be movement on the outside. Insights can suddenly become clear, situations can take unexpected turns, and long-matured decisions need to be made. Uranus acts like lightning — shocking, but liberating. What appears unstable is often what is no longer authentic.

At the same time, Neptune and Saturn have moved into Aries, giving the energy a completely new tone. Aries stands for beginnings, initiative, and courage. Neptune brings vision and spiritual dimension, while Saturn demands responsibility and concrete form. Together, they create a tension between dreams and actions. A new inner desire may emerge—another version of yourself wants to be born. This requires mature decisions and clear boundaries. Illusions dissolve more quickly. The question remains: Who am I really, and do I dare to act accordingly?

All these energies together can trigger restlessness, heightened sensitivity, or sudden clarity. Periods of intense inspiration may be followed by fatigue as your system adjusts to new frequencies. Old beliefs may surface so that they can finally be let go. It is normal to feel caught between two worlds: the old not yet completely finished, the new not yet fully visible.

This time invites you to trust the unknown. Not everything has to be understood or controlled right away. The energy calls for openness—the willingness to think differently, choose differently, and perhaps even look at yourself differently. It is the transition from collective awakening to personal embodiment. Not just sensing that something is changing, but taking the step yourself. What is now coming into motion can fundamentally change your direction.

February 20: Rare Saturn–Neptune conjunction at 0 degrees Aries

A few days after the eclipse, a rare conjunction of Saturn and Neptune will take place at zero degrees Aries. Historically, this constellation has been associated with major upheavals, such as the Russian Revolution (1917) or the fall of the Berlin Wall (1989–1990). This conjunction marks the end of a cycle that began in 1989 and the start of a new cycle lasting approximately 36 years.

Aries is the very first point of the zodiac—the primal spark of pure potential. Here, no old pattern is repeated, but rather a radically new beginning emerges. When Saturn and Neptune meet here, structure and vision, form and dream, responsibility and ideal merge into a creative impulse. It is no longer about dreaming or acting — but about dreams taking shape, vision demanding backbone, spirituality permeating reality.

Energetically, this feels like a profound realignment of your identity. You are invited to take a new version of yourself seriously—not as a fantasy, but as a promise. Old illusions may dissolve, especially those in which you kept yourself small or waited for permission. At the same time, responsibility can weigh heavily, like an inner call to maturity. Zero degrees Aries is raw and direct. You feel the urge to start, to act, to make decisions — while doubts arise: Can I do this? Am I allowed to do this? This is precisely where the power of this conjunction lies. Your deepest soul mission is calling, and you are invited to carry it consciously.

Collectively, this marks a shift in how ideals are lived out. Grand visions need concrete foundations. Dreams without foundations dissolve, structures without souls crumble. What remains is a new blueprint in which inspiration and responsibility go hand in hand.

This is the moment when you no longer just feel that something new wants to emerge — but decide that you are the one who will give it form. A beginning without guarantees, but with inner truth. A step forward, not because everything is certain, but because standing still is no longer an option.

What new beginning awaits you — and needs to be put into action now?

Energy this week

We are in the midst of a powerful eclipse portal of renewal and change. The energy is high and erratic, as if we are all riding a roller coaster. Just when you think things have calmed down, another 'cosmic energy loop' comes along. Many are experiencing deep purification and transformation processes, mentally, emotionally, and physically.

The energy of Aries is strongly present at the moment, with both Neptune and Saturn in Aries, calling for action and concrete choices and deeds. No longer waiting until it feels safe or until the right moment, but taking leadership over your own new beginning.

At the moment of the annular solar eclipse, the sun is still just in Aquarius. This gives a powerful Aquarius energy (air). This merges with the energy of Aries (fire), which gives a dynamic, propelling energy. This year, we mainly have a combination of fire and air. Fire brings passion, initiative, and decisiveness; air brings ideas, vision, communication, and speed. Together, they work like a spark that quickly spreads. Inspiration and new ideas can be turned into action right away. You might have noticed for weeks that everything seems to be going much faster, as if the universe has pressed the "fast forward" button.

On February 18, the sun enters dreamy, sensitive Pisces, making the energy softer and more intuitive.

Moon phases this week: waning moon (until February 16), new moon (February 17), and waxing moon (from February 18)

February 17: new + annular solar eclipse in Aquarius

This new moon and annular solar eclipse, or "ring of fire," in Aquarius feels like an electric wave. During an annular eclipse, the light does not completely disappear; a fiery circle remains visible in the sky. Energetically, this reflects exactly what can be felt right now. Something is eclipsed, but not to disappear. Rather, to change form. It is a moment of transition in which old light dissolves and new light announces itself. The effect of the eclipse will be felt for months to come, at least until the powerful total solar eclipse on August 12 this year.

Aquarius carries the energy of renewal, liberation, and future-oriented thinking. You may notice that what previously felt familiar now suddenly feels restrictive or limiting. An inner restlessness may arise, an urge to break free from expectations, structures, or roles that no longer fit with who you are becoming. It is as if your system senses that the time is ripe for a leap forward, even if your head is still trying to hold on to certainty.

This feeling is reinforced by the fact that Uranus, the ruler of Aquarius, started moving forward again on February 4. Whereas the recent period has been characterized mainly by inner shifts and preparatory insights, there may now be movement in the outside world. Insights may suddenly become clear, situations may take unexpected turns, and decisions that have been maturing for a long time now need to be made. Uranus works like a bolt of lightning: disruptive, but liberating. What feels unstable is often that which is no longer authentic.

At the same time, Neptune and Saturn have just entered Aries, giving the energy a whole new tone. Aries is pure beginning, initiative, and courage. Neptune brings vision, ideals, and a spiritual dimension, while Saturn demands responsibility and concrete form. Together, they create a tension between dream and action. You can feel a new inner desire rising, a different version of yourself that wants to be born. This also requires mature choices and clear boundaries. Illusions dissolve more quickly and what remains is the question: who am I really and do I dare to act accordingly?

All these energies together can cause restlessness, heightened sensitivity, or sudden clarity. You may experience moments of intense inspiration, followed by fatigue as your system adjusts to new frequencies. Old beliefs may unexpectedly surface so that they can be let go of for good. It is not unusual to feel as if you are standing between two worlds: the old not yet completely closed, the new not yet fully visible.

This period invites us to trust the unknown. Not everything needs to be understood or controlled immediately. The energy calls for openness, a willingness to think differently, to choose differently, and perhaps even to look at yourself differently. It is a transition from collective awakening to personal embodiment: not just feeling that something is changing, but taking the step yourself. What is now coming into motion has the power to fundamentally shift your direction.

February 20: Rare Saturn–Neptune conjunction at 0 degrees Aries

A few days after the eclipse, a rare conjunction of Saturn and Neptune will take place at zero degrees Aries. This conjunction is known in history for its impact. Major changes took place during this conjunction, including the Russian Revolution (1917) and the fall of the Berlin Wall (1989-1990). This conjunction completes a cycle that began in 1989. A new cycle of approximately 36 years is now beginning. Think back to 1989. How old were you then? How were the planets aligned (can this still be seen)? And what themes were important to you at that time?

Aries is the very first point of the zodiac; the primal spark where something is still pure potential, uncolored by experience. Here, there is no repetition of the old, but a fundamentally new beginning. When Saturn and Neptune meet here, structure and vision, form and dream, responsibility and ideals merge into one creative impulse. It is no longer a question of either dreaming or doing; it is dreams that want to take shape, vision that requires backbone, spirituality that does not evade reality but penetrates it.

Energetically, this feels like a profound recalibration of your identity. You are invited to take a new version of yourself seriously, not as a desire or fantasy, but as a promise. Old illusions may dissolve, especially those in which you held yourself back or waited for external approval. At the same time, the responsibility can feel heavy, like an inner call to maturity. Zero degrees Aries is raw, unpolished, direct; you feel a strong urge to start, to act, to make decisions, but uncertainty can arise at the same time: can I do this? Am I allowed to do this? That is precisely where the power of this conjunction lies: your deepest soul mission is calling, and you are challenged to take it seriously.

Collectively, this means a shift in how ideals are experienced. Grand visions require concrete anchoring. Dreams without foundation dissolve, structures without soul crumble. What remains is a new blueprint in which inspiration and responsibility go hand in hand. In line with the energy of the eclipse and the movement of Uranus, it becomes clear that this is not an isolated moment, but part of a larger awakening process. Where insights previously struck like lightning bolts, this point now calls for conscious embodiment and sustainable construction.

This is the moment when you no longer just feel that something new wants to emerge, but decide that you are the one who will give it shape. A beginning without guarantees, but with inner truth. A step forward, not because everything is certain, but because standing still is no longer an option.
