Energy This Week

We felt the intense full moon in Scorpio. Frustrations, old pains, and childhood wounds may have been felt more strongly. Scorpios are diggers and go a layer deeper each time. That can be frightening and unsettling—you have little control over it. It is one of those waves of transformation that can truly take you by surprise.

The days around the recent full moon may have felt heavier, darker, and more unsettled—reflecting the energy of a symbolic (ego) death and rebirth. Collectively and personally, another layer of the ego has been broken down. This can be accompanied by confusion, misunderstandings, conflicts, power struggles, miscommunication, and grief, as well as relief and liberation. Give yourself time this week to quietly clear away any debris and process what has been brought to the surface.

On the one hand, the energy feels calmer this week—the sun seems to have settled down again—but on the other hand, it remains unsettled. The deep, transformative power of Scorpio is still present and continues to invite you to heal and let go of what no longer serves you. This process takes on a new depth now that Pluto, the ruler of Scorpio, goes retrograde this week in Aquarius. With that, we also bring to a close a period in which there were no retrogrades.

Every retrograde turns your attention inward. Pluto retrograde touches the soul and goes deeper than other retrogrades. That is why you may feel the inward energy and the pressure to work on yourself even more strongly. You may notice that you become more sensitive to what is happening beneath the surface, as though you are connecting more deeply with your inner world. Aquarius brings a breath of fresh air. This week you may literally and figuratively feel more air and space, making breathing easier and more relaxed and helping you reconnect with yourself.

Not only this week, but for the rest of the year, it remains important to stay grounded. With the strong presence of fire and air energy, you may feel overwhelmed more easily. Consciously slowing down and connecting with your body and the earth will help you stay balanced.

Lunar phase: waning moon.

May 6: Pluto retrograde in Aquarius

Aquarius embodies the energy of renewal, progress, technological innovations, information networks, collaboration, networking, and community spirit. It is the sign that reminds you of the power of ideas, technology, and above all: coming together as a community.

Pluto operates on a soul level and is associated with power, control, release, and rebirth. When Pluto goes retrograde, this transformative force turns inward. It is a profound shift that invites you to pause and reflect on what lies beneath the surface. Old patterns, fears, or the tendency toward control may come to light. Not to weigh you down, but to raise your awareness and create space for healing.

The energy feels less like a "sudden change" and more like a slow, inevitable process of becoming conscious. This energy can clash with Uranus in Gemini, and you may find yourself pulled back and forth quite strongly, but it also serves as a beautiful counterbalance. Together, these opposing energies create a cosmic balance. Everything revolves around finding the right balance.

Since 2024, Pluto has been in Aquarius. These two invite you to take a fresh look at the role of innovation in our lives. Developments such as artificial intelligence are advancing at a breathtaking pace and demand our attention. What truly serves us? And what might we let go of because it is no longer in harmony with our world?

At the same time, something hopeful is emerging: new, sustainable solutions and smart ways of using data that can enrich our lives in profound ways. Herein lies an important call to action: to embrace technology without losing sight of our humanity. To stay connected to our hearts, our values, and one another.

Aquarius reminds us that it’s not just about the individual, but about the whole. Not “I,” but “we.” During this time, we’re encouraged to reflect on how we live together, collaborate, and contribute to something greater than ourselves. It’s about serving the greater good for everyone.

Pluto's retrograde motion is like an inner journey. It doesn't create chaos to overwhelm you, but to reveal what is truly happening, so that you can transform it from within.

When you move with this energy, it can be incredibly empowering. By looking honestly, without judgment, space is created. And that is precisely the essence of Pluto: not tearing things down for the sake of tearing them down, but letting go of what no longer serves us, so that something genuine and powerful can emerge.

The pace is slower, but the impact is profound. Less visible on the outside, but all the more deeply felt on the inside. This is not a time to push yourself, but to feel your way through, to see through the challenges, and to reclaim your own strength step by step.

"What does all of this mean for you? What inner journey does your soul want to embark on? How do you stay grounded and true to yourself in a society that is changing more rapidly than ever?"

Energy diese Woche

We felt the intensity of the full moon in Scorpio. Frustrations, old pains, and childhood wounds may have felt more acute. Scorpios are like grave diggers, delving deeper each time. This can be frightening and unsettling—you have little control over it. It’s one of those waves of transformation that can really catch you off guard.

The days surrounding the recent full moon may have felt heavier, darker, and more unsettled—the energy of a symbolic (ego) death and rebirth. Collectively and personally, another layer of the ego—old layers—has been shed. This can be accompanied by confusion, misunderstandings, conflicts, power struggles, miscommunication, grief, and at the same time, relief and liberation. Take the time this week to quietly clear away any fragments and process the fractures.

On the one hand, the energy feels calmer this week; the sun seems to have settled down again. On the other hand, however, it remains unpredictable. The deep, transformative power of Scorpio is still palpable and continues to invite you to heal and let go of what no longer serves you. This process takes on a new depth as Pluto, the ruler of Scorpio, goes retrograde in Aquarius this week. This also marks the end of a period in which there were no retrograde planets.

Every retrograde period encourages you to turn inward. Pluto in retrograde touches the soul and goes deeper than other retrogrades. That’s why you may feel the inner energy and the urge to work on yourself even more strongly. You may notice that you’re becoming more sensitive to what’s going on beneath the surface, as if you’re connecting more deeply with your inner world. Aquarius gives the situation some breathing room. This week, you can feel more space and breathing room—both literally and figuratively—making it easier and more relaxed to breathe and helping you find your way back to yourself.

It’s important to stay grounded not just this week, but for the rest of the year. With the strong presence of fire and air energy, you may feel overwhelmed more easily. Consciously slowing down and connecting with your body and the earth will help you stay balanced.

Aquarius embodies the energy of renewal, progress, technological innovation, information networks, collaboration, connectivity, and a sense of community. It is the sign that reminds you of the power of ideas, technology, and, above all, coming together as a community.

Pluto operates on a soul level and is associated with power, control, letting go, and rebirth. When Pluto is in retrograde, this transformative force turns inward. It is a profound movement that invites you to pause and reflect on what lies beneath the surface. Old patterns, fears, or a tendency toward control may come to light. Not to burden you, but to raise your awareness and create space for healing.

That energy feels less like a "sudden change" and more like a slow, inevitable process of becoming aware. This energy can clash with Uranus in Gemini, and you may find yourself tossed back and forth quite violently, but it also serves as a beautiful counterbalance. Together, these opposing energies create a cosmic balance. It’s all about finding the right balance.

If you go with the flow of this energy, it can be incredibly empowering. By looking at things honestly, without judgment, space is created. Energy this week

We’ve all felt the intensity of the full moon in Scorpio. Frustrations, old wounds, and childhood issues may have felt more acute. Scorpios are natural diggers, delving a little deeper each time. That can be scary and unsettling—you have little control over it. It’s one of those waves of transformation that can really catch you off guard.

The days around the recent full moon may have felt heavier, darker, and more unstable—the energy of a symbolic (ego) death and rebirth. Collectively and personally, another piece of the ego—old layers—has been broken away. This can be accompanied by confusion, misunderstandings, conflicts, power struggles, miscommunication, and grief, yet at the same time, relief and liberation. Give yourself time this week to quietly clear away any debris and process the fractures.

On the one hand, the energy feels calmer this week; the sun seems to have settled down again. On the other hand, however, it remains unstable. The deep, transformative power of Scorpio is still palpable and continues to invite you to heal and let go of what no longer serves you. This process takes on a new depth now that Pluto—the ruler of Scorpio—is going retrograde in Aquarius this week. With this, we also conclude a period in which there were no retrogrades.

Every retrograde encourages you to turn inward. Pluto retrograde touches the soul and goes deeper than other retrogrades. That’s why you may feel the inward-turning energy and the pressure to work on yourself even more strongly. You may notice that you’re becoming more sensitive to what’s going on beneath the surface, as if you’re connecting more deeply with your inner world. Aquarius brings some breathing room. This week, you’ll feel more space—both literally and figuratively—making it easier and more relaxing to breathe and allowing you to find your center again.

It’s important to stay grounded not just this week, but for the rest of the year. With the strong presence of fire and air energy, you may feel overwhelmed more easily. Consciously slowing down and connecting with your body and the earth will help you stay balanced.
