Energy This Week
Last week, we were in the midst of a solar flare storm. The Sun released one flare after another — more than 70 solar flares within 72 hours, including the second strongest flare of the current Solar Cycle 25. This cycle is nearing its end, which can bring this kind of intense 'solar fireworks'.
Everyone responds differently to these eruptions. Some feel completely drained and forced to slow down. Others experience expansion in the heart space and a sense of greater clarity. And for some, the effects are barely noticeable. All responses are valid — exactly what you are meant to experience right now. In the coming week, these energies continue to integrate, and your body may ask for extra space and rest. You may feel more sensitive, fatigued, or emotional. Old pains or physical complaints may resurface. At this time, a great deal is being released through the lungs, throat, and heart, preparing the body for the higher cosmic energies now arriving on Earth.
This week, following Neptune, Saturn also shifts definitively from Pisces into Aries, bringing a completely different energetic quality. After years in which themes such as surrender, release, and inner processing were central (Pisces), the energy now moves towards action, responsibility, and the creation of something new (Aries). What once needed to be felt and processed now seeks expression through concrete choices and actions.
We are also moving through the eclipse portal. On February 17, the first eclipse of 2026 takes place: an annular solar eclipse combined with a new Moon in Aquarius. At the same time, we approach a major turning point on February 20 — one that many astrologers have written about: the Saturn–Neptune conjunction at 0 degrees Aries. We will explore this further in next week’s update, but this energy is already strongly present and continues to build throughout this week.

February 14: Saturn definitively moves from Pisces into Aries
The energy of this period feels like a profound, cosmic turning point. As if something old is finally dissolving, while something new can no longer wait to be born. For many years, the collective spirit moved through the waters of Pisces — dreaming, feeling, searching, sometimes dissolving into mist and surrender. Now that Neptune has definitively entered Aries, that mist transforms into clear fire. The dream no longer wishes to drift; it wants to be lived.
Neptune in Aries awakens a new kind of spirituality. Not escape, but embodiment. Intuition becomes an inner engine, ideals ask for courage, and truth no longer wants to be felt alone — it wants to be spoken and acted upon.
On February 14, Saturn—the planet of karma, structure, and rules—also moves definitively into Aries. Saturn has been in Pisces since 2023, grounding spirituality by giving it "feet," form, and direction. Carrying this heightened and empowered awareness, Saturn now enters Aries, where it will remain until April 13, 2028.
Saturn asks for responsibility for who you are becoming. No longer waiting until it feels safe, but taking leadership over your own beginning.
The rare conjunction of Saturn and Neptune at zero degrees Aries on February 20 feels like a cosmic starting signal. This is the very first point of the zodiac, the place where something is born for the very first time. Here, dreams are united with action, vision with discipline, soul with backbone.
It may feel like an inner 'now or never' — a restlessness that does not arise from fear, but from awakening. As if, deep within, you know you can no longer hold yourself back.
At the same time, the annular solar eclipse and new Moon in Aquarius open a future-oriented gateway. The light does not disappear; it changes form, like a golden ring reminding you of your essence. Aquarius invites authenticity, freedom, and renewal. Who are you when you release old roles? What wants to be born through you that is more honest, more human? Combined with the fiery Aries energy, this does not remain a distant vision, but becomes an inner decision.
You may experience this energy as restlessness, sharper clarity, or less tolerance for vagueness or delay. Perhaps you feel a strong urge to begin something, even if not everything is clear yet. Know that this is not imbalance, but life force seeking to flow again. Aries does not ask for perfection, but for presence. One genuine step is enough.
By allowing this energy to work for you, you move with what makes you feel alive. You no longer follow what is expected, but what is true. Spiritual insights want to take shape — in words, choices, movement, and creation. This is a time to take ownership of your direction, even if the outcome is still unknown. Certainty is less important now than honesty.
This is not a time to improve yourself. It is a time to remember yourself. The cosmos no longer whispers for patience, but for courage. Rise, it says softly yet firmly. The fire is burning. The beginning is here.
What does spirituality mean to you? How firmly do you stand? Do you dare to fully trust your intuition and build from it with strong roots?

Energy diese Woche
Last week, we were in the middle of a solar flare storm. The sun hurled one solar flare after another into space — more than 70 solar flares within 72 hours, including the second strongest flare of the current solar cycle 25. This cycle is coming to an end, which can promote such intense "solar fireworks."
Every person reacts differently to these outbursts. Some feel completely exhausted and compelled to pause. Others experience an expansion in their heart space and greater clarity. And still others feel hardly anything. Everything is right — exactly what you are allowed to experience now. In the coming week, these energies will continue to have an effect, and your body may require additional space for integration. You may be more sensitive, tired, or emotional. Old pains or ailments may also reappear. A lot is being released right now, especially in the lungs, throat, and heart — in preparation for the higher cosmic energies that are now coming to Earth.
This week, following Neptune, Saturn also finally moves from Pisces to Aries. This brings with it a completely different energy quality. After years in which themes such as letting go, surrender, and inner processing were the focus (Pisces), the focus now shifts to action, responsibility, and the creation of something new (Aries). What previously had to be felt and lived through now wants to take shape through concrete decisions and actions.
At the same time, we find ourselves in the portal of darkness. On February 17, the first eclipse of 2026 will take place: an annular solar eclipse in conjunction with a new moon in Aquarius. In addition, we are approaching a significant turning point on February 20, which many astrologers have written about: the Saturn-Neptune conjunction at 0 degrees Aries. We will go into more detail in the next update, but this energy is already strongly noticeable and will continue to build throughout this week.

February 14: Saturn finally moves from Pisces to Aries
The energy of this time feels like a profound cosmic turning point. It is as if something old is finally dissolving, while something new can no longer wait to be born. For years, the spirit of the times moved through the waters of Pisces—dreaming, feeling, searching, sometimes disappearing into fog and devotion. Now that Neptune has finally entered Aries, this fog is transforming into clear fire. The dream no longer wants to float — it wants to be lived.
Neptune in Aries awakens a new form of spirituality. Not escape, but embodiment. Intuition becomes an inner motor, ideals demand courage, and truth no longer wants to be merely felt, but spoken and lived.
On February 14, Saturn—the planet of karma, structure, and rules—will also finally move into Aries. Saturn has been in Pisces since 2023 and has given spirituality "feet," giving it form and direction. With this heightened and strengthened awareness, Saturn now enters Aries, where it will remain until April 13, 2028.
Saturn demands responsibility for what you are becoming. No longer waiting until it feels safe, but taking control of your own beginning.
The rare conjunction of Saturn and Neptune at zero degrees Aries on February 20 feels like a cosmic starting signal. This is the very first point of the zodiac, the place where something comes into being for the very first time. Here, dreams connect with drive, vision with discipline, soul with backbone.
It can feel like an inner "now or never" — a restlessness that arises not from fear, but from awakening. As if you knew deep down that you can no longer hold yourself back.
At the same time, the annular solar eclipse and the new moon in Aquarius open a gateway to the future. The light does not disappear, but changes its form—like a golden circle that reminds you of your innermost being. Aquarius invites authenticity, freedom, and renewal. Who are you when you let go of old roles? What would you like to create that is different, more honest, more human? In connection with the fiery energy of Aries, this does not remain a distant vision, but becomes an inner decision.
You may perceive this energy as restlessness, heightened clarity, or reduced tolerance for ambiguity or procrastination. You may feel a strong urge to start something, even if everything is not yet clear. Know that this is not an imbalance, but life energy that wants to flow again. Aries does not demand perfection, but presence. A single honest step is enough.
By allowing this energy to work for you, you move with what makes you feel alive. You no longer follow what you "should" do, but what is true. Spiritual insights want to take shape—in words, decisions, movement, and creation. This is a time to take responsibility for your direction, even if the outcome is still uncertain. Certainty is less important now than honesty.
This is not a phase of self-optimization. It is a phase of remembering your true self. The cosmos no longer whispers patience, but courage. Get up, it says gently but firmly. The fire is burning. The beginning is here.
What does spirituality mean to you? How grounded are you? Do you dare to trust your intuition completely and build on it with strong roots?

Everyone reacts differently to these bursts. Some people feel knocked down and silenced. Others feel a lot of expansion in the heart area and experience more clarity. And yet others feel very little. Everything is fine, exactly what you are allowed to experience right now. These energies will continue to work over the coming week and your body may ask for extra space for integration. This may cause you to be more irritable, tired, and emotional. Old pains and complaints may also resurface. Especially in the lungs, throat, and heart, a lot is being released at this moment, in preparation for the higher cosmic energies that are now coming to Earth.

The energy of this period feels like a profound, cosmic turning point. As if something old is finally allowed to dissolve, while something new can no longer wait to be born. For years, the spirit of the times moved through the waters of Pisces: dreaming, feeling, searching, sometimes disappearing into fog and surrender. Now that Neptune has definitively entered Aries, that fog is turning into bright fire. The dream no longer wants to float; it wants to be lived.
Neptune in Aries awakens a new kind of spirituality. Not escape, but embodiment. Intuition becomes an inner motor, ideals demand courage, and truth no longer wants to be merely felt, but spoken and acted upon.
On February 14, Saturn, the planet of karma, structure, and rules, will also definitively shift to Aries. Saturn has been in Pisces since 2023 and has given spirituality more form and direction. With this heightened and strengthened awareness, Saturn enters Aries. It will remain there until April 13, 2028.
