Energy This Week

Last week, we experienced the most intense solar storm in years, with the Northern Lights visible in many places. This cosmic activity felt like a precursor. For weeks, the energy has been building, and there is a tangible tension in the air. Many people are feeling this: nervousness, a strange state of alertness, inner restlessness, difficulty sleeping, headaches, fatigue, heart palpitations, or flu-like symptoms. The body seems to be adapting at high speed, making space for new frequencies that are arriving.

This week is seen by many astrologers as a period in which everything accelerates, as if a 'fast-forward button' has been pressed. Time feels different, processes move more quickly, and what has been dormant for a long time can no longer be postponed.

The energy may feel chaotic, loud, and intense, especially for the nervous system, which is constantly trying to keep up with the changes in the field. Decisions carry weight and consequences, and postponement feels increasingly impossible. The heavyweights among the planets—Uranus, Saturn, Neptune, Pluto, and Mars—are all on high alert. Themes of endings and rebirth intertwine.

The week begins immediately with one of the most profound shifts of the year: Neptune, the planet of dreams, spirituality, imagination, and illusions, moves definitively into Aries. With this, a new chapter opens. And this does not stand alone.

Throughout 2026, several transits follow that further loosen the old paradigm: Saturn moves from Pisces into Aries on February 14, followed by the rare Saturn–Neptune conjunction at 0 degrees Aries on February 20. Later this year, Uranus moves from Taurus into Gemini on April 26, and in July and November Uranus forms a powerful trine with Pluto between Gemini and Aquarius. Each of these movements contributes to a collective restructuring.

The frequencies are shifting rapidly. 2026 announces itself as a year that feels different from anything we have known, with a palpable high voltage in the air. We are entering an extremely mutable time. This cycle runs until 2038/2039, and we are only at the very beginning.

How it will unfold exactly will reveal itself along the way. What remains central is how you meet it. This is certainly not a year to ‘sleep’, but a year to feel your inner fire again and to live it consciously and embodied.

Moon phase this week:waxing Moon (until January 31) and full Moon (February 1).

January 26: Neptune in Aries

On January 26, Neptune definitively enters the fiery sign of Aries, where it will remain until 2038. Since 2011, Neptune has moved through its home sign of Pisces — a long and defining period for collective consciousness. In March of last year, it briefly made its first transition into Aries, before returning once more to Pisces.

When Neptune tentatively touched Aries last year, it felt as though the universe pressed the reset button for a moment. An opening appeared, a glimpse of a new phase. What was fragile and elusive then can now truly begin to anchor. What began as a whisper becomes a clear call.

Neptune is a generational planet: it remains in one sign for many years, and when it shifts, more changes than personal experience alone — the collective field shifts. The years of Neptune in Pisces were marked by softening, dissolving, feeling, grieving, and healing. Water energy. Boundaries blurred, structures dissolved. Spirituality became accessible and visible in everyday life. Yoga, astrology, tarot, crystals, and energetic work found their way into the mainstream. A powerful wave of collective healing emerged, bringing deeply stored trauma and old grief to the surface to be seen and felt.

Now we move from water to fire. Neptune in Aries asks something entirely different than Neptune in Pisces. Where Pisces invited dreaming, surrender, and sometimes escape, Aries calls for action, courage, and embodiment. Consciousness grounded, with both feet on the earth, in the here and now.

Illusions fall away. The veil grows thinner. We pierce through spiritual numbness. No longer floating spiritually to avoid reality, but truly living spirituality. From the inside out. Inner strength and wisdom no longer wish to be felt alone, but to become visible in choices, boundaries, and actions.

When Neptune changes signs, an entire paradigm shifts. It invites us to look again: what do we dream together? What do we still believe in? And perhaps even more importantly: what are we willing to do to protect what we hold sacred?

This is not a time for half-measures. The energy asks for release without delay or excuses, for transformation on all levels. The question is no longer whether you want to change, but how willing you are to do so. Old patterns crumble, identities shift, and beneath it all lies a deep awakening process that cannot be forced, but also cannot be stopped.

In a few weeks, the first eclipse of 2026 follows, and a few days later the rare conjunction of Saturn and Neptune at 0 degrees Aries.

Dream and reality increasingly meet. Ideas and visions seek form and grounding. A new story is emerging — not just any story, but one infused with courage and responsibility for the highest good.

This year may bring more fire: more protest and more people speaking out. At the same time, devotion and compassion grow for what is experienced as essential and sacred. The contrasts sharpen, but they also become more honest.

February 1: Full Moon in Leo

The full Moon in Leo on February 1, 2026 falls right in the midst of this acceleration. With Neptune newly in Aries and heavy planets placing the collective field under tension, this Moon feels like a powerful turning point. It illuminates not only the sky, but also the heart, making visible what has long been present but not yet fully lived.

Leo represents self-expression, creative force, and leadership from the heart. Under this full Moon, it becomes clear where we have held ourselves back, where we have dimmed our light, or continued to function within roles that no longer fit. Emotions may be intense, precisely because this Moon invites us to look honestly at what we have lived through and who we have become as a result.

The shift of Neptune into Aries adds extra intensity to this full Moon. Attention moves away from inner processing and towards embodiment and decisive action. Spirituality no longer wants to be felt alone, but lived. This Moon invites courage: the courage to stand for what burns within, without making it smaller or adapting it to external expectations.

On a collective level, this Moon touches themes of visibility, truth, and authentic leadership. Not leading from control, but from inner truth. Old images dissolve, making space for a more honest and powerful form of self-expression.

This full Moon is an invitation to take responsibility for your inner fire. What wants to be felt may be fully lived. What wants to be seen asks for space and integrity. In that movement, a natural transition arises from inner knowing to visible life. The heart wants to lead — not by dominating, but also not by remaining silent.

What do you stand for with your whole heart? And what does your fire burn for?

Energy diese Woche

Last week, we experienced the strongest solar storm in years, with auroras visible in many places. This cosmic activity felt like a harbinger. The energy has been building for weeks, and there is a palpable tension in the air. Many people are noticing this: nervousness, a strange state of constant alertness, inner restlessness, poor sleep, headaches, exhaustion, heart palpitations, or flu-like symptoms. The body seems to be adapting at a rapid pace and making room for new frequencies that are announcing themselves.

This week is seen by many astrologers as a phase in which everything is accelerating, as if a kind of "fast-forward button" had been pressed. Time feels different, processes are running faster, and what has been dormant for a long time can no longer be postponed.

This energy can seem chaotic, loud, and intense, especially for the nervous system, which is constantly trying to keep up with the changes in the field. Decisions carry weight and consequences, and procrastination feels increasingly impossible. The heavyweights among the planets—Uranus, Saturn, Neptune, Pluto, and Mars—are all under tension. Themes of completion and rebirth intertwine.

The week begins with one of the most profound shifts of the year: Neptune, the planet of dreams, spirituality, imagination, and illusions, finally moves into Aries. This opens a new chapter. And this does not stand alone.

Several transits will follow in the course of 2026, further breaking down the old paradigm: Saturn will move from Pisces to Aries on February 14, followed by the rare Saturn–Neptune conjunction at 0 degrees Aries on February 20. Later in the year, Uranus moves from Taurus to Gemini on April 26, and in July and November, Uranus forms a powerful trine with Pluto between Gemini and Aquarius. Each of these movements contributes to a collective realignment.

These frequencies are changing rapidly. 2026 is shaping up to be a year that feels different from anything we have known before, with a palpable tension in the air. We are moving toward an extremely volatile time. This cycle will last until 2038/2039, and we are only at the very beginning.

How exactly everything unfolds will become clear step by step. The decisive factor remains how you deal with it. In any case, this is not a year to "sleep," but one to feel your inner fire again and to live it consciously and embodied.

Moon phase this week:waxing moon (until January 31) and full moon (February 1).

January 26: Neptune in Aries

On January 26, Neptune finally enters the fiery sign of Aries, where it will remain until 2038. Since 2011, Neptune has been moving through its home sign of Pisces — a long and formative period for the collective consciousness. In March of last year, it already took a brief first step into Aries, only to return to Pisces once again.

When Neptune cautiously touched Aries last year, it felt as if the universe had briefly pressed the reset button. A space opened up, a foretaste of a new phase. What was still fragile and elusive back then can now truly take root. What began as a whisper is becoming a clear call.

Neptune is a generational planet: it remains in one sign for many years, and when it changes, more than just personal perception changes — the collective field shifts. The years of Neptune in Pisces were marked by softness, dissolution, feeling, mourning, and healing. Water energy. Boundaries blurred, structures dissolved. Spirituality became accessible and visible in everyday life. Yoga, astrology, tarot, crystals, and energy work found their way into the mainstream. A great wave of collective healing arose, in which deeply stored traumas and old pain came to the surface to be seen and felt through.

Now we move from water to fire. Neptune in Aries demands something completely different than Neptune in Pisces. Where Pisces invited dreams, devotion, and sometimes escape, Aries calls for action, courage, and embodiment. Awareness and grounding, with both feet firmly planted in the here and now.

Illusions fall away. The veil becomes thinner. We break through spiritual numbness. No longer "floating" spiritually to escape reality, but truly living spirituality. From the inside out. Inner strength and wisdom want to be not only felt, but also visible — in decisions, boundaries, and actions.

When Neptune changes signs, an entire paradigm shifts. It invites us to take a fresh look: What are our shared dreams? What do we still believe in? And perhaps even more importantly: What are we willing to do to protect what we consider sacred?

This is no time for half measures. The energy demands letting go without delay or excuses, transformation on all levels. The question is no longer whether you want to change, but how much you are willing to do so. Old patterns are crumbling, identities are shifting, and underlying it all is a profound process of awakening that cannot be forced or stopped.

In a few weeks, the first eclipse of 2026 will occur, followed a few days later by the rare conjunction of Saturn and Neptune at 0 degrees Aries.

Dreams and reality are increasingly intertwined. Ideas and visions seek form and anchoring. A new story is emerging—not just any story, but one with drive and responsibility for the greater good.

It is quite possible that we will see more fire this year: more protests and more people raising their voices. At the same time, devotion and compassion for what is perceived as essential and sacred are also growing. The contrasts are becoming sharper, but also more honest.

February 1: Full moon in Leo

The full moon in Leo on February 1, 2026, falls right in the middle of this phase of acceleration. With Neptune fresh in Aries and heavy planets putting pressure on the collective field, this moon feels like a powerful turning point. It illuminates not only the sky, but also the heart, revealing what has long been there but has not yet been fully lived.

The lion represents self-expression, creative power, and leadership from the heart. Under this full moon, we can feel where we have held back, where we have dimmed our light or continued to function in roles that no longer suit us. Emotions can be intense, precisely because this moon invites us to take an honest look at what we have experienced and who we have become as a result.

Neptune's transition into Aries gives this full moon additional depth. The focus shifts from inner processing to embodiment and energy. Spirituality no longer wants to be merely felt, but lived. This moon invites courage: the courage to stand up for what burns within, without diminishing it or adapting it to external expectations.

On a collective level, this moon touches on themes such as visibility, truth, and authentic leadership. Leading not from a place of control, but from inner truth. Old images dissolve and make way for a more honest and powerful form of self-expression.

This full moon is an invitation to take responsibility for your inner fire. What wants to be felt may be lived. What wants to be seen demands space and integrity. In this movement, a natural transition arises from inner knowledge to visible life. The heart wants to lead—not through dominance, but also not through silence.

What do you stand for with all your heart? And what sets your fire burning?

Energy this week

Last week we had the most severe solar storm in years, with northern lights visible in many places. This cosmic activity felt like a harbinger. For weeks, energy has been building up and there has been a palpable tension in the air. Many people are feeling this: nervousness, a strange state of alertness, inner turmoil, poor sleep, headaches, fatigue, heart palpitations, or flu-like symptoms. The body seems to be adapting rapidly, making room for new frequencies that are emerging.

This week is seen by many astrologers as a period in which everything accelerates, as if a "fast-forward button" has been pressed. Time feels different, processes are moving faster, and what has been dormant for a long time can no longer be postponed.

The energy can feel chaotic, loud, and intense, especially for the nervous system, which is constantly trying to keep up with the changes in the field. Decisions carry weight and consequences, and postponement feels less and less possible. The heavyweights among the planets—Uranus, Saturn, Neptune, Pluto, and Mars—are all on high alert. Themes of closure and rebirth are intertwined.

The week begins with one of the most significant shifts of the year: Neptune, the planet of dreams, spirituality, imagination, and illusions, moves permanently into Aries. This opens a new chapter. And this is not an isolated event.

Throughout 2026, several transits will further disrupt the old paradigm: Saturn shifts from Pisces to Aries on February 14, followed by the rare Saturn–Neptune conjunction at 0 degrees Aries on February 20. Later this year, Uranus moves from Taurus to Gemini (April 26), and in July and November, Uranus forms a powerful trine with Pluto between Gemini and Aquarius. Each of these movements contributes to a collective restructuring.

The frequencies are changing rapidly. 2026 is shaping up to be a year unlike anything we have ever known, with a palpable tension in the air. We are moving toward an extremely volatile time. This cycle will last until 2038/2039, and we are only at the beginning.

How exactly this will unfold will become clear as time goes on. What remains central is how you deal with it. In any case, this is not a year to "sleep," but to rekindle your inner fire and live consciously and embodied.

This week's moon phase: waxing moon (until Jan. 31) and full moon (Feb. 1)

January 26: Neptune in Aries

On January 26, Neptune will definitively enter the fiery sign of Aries, where it will remain until 2038. Since 2011, Neptune has been moving through its home sign of Pisces, a long and decisive period for collective consciousness. In March last year, it made a brief first transition to Aries, before returning to Pisces once more.

When Neptune gently touched Aries last year, it felt as if the universe had pressed the reset button for a moment. An opening emerged, a glimpse of a new phase. What was still fragile and elusive at the time can now truly take root. What began as a whisper is becoming a clear call.

Neptune is a generational planet: it remains in one sign for years, and when it shifts, more than just personal experience changes. The collective field shifts as well. The years of Neptune in Pisces were marked by softening, dissolving, feeling, mourning, and healing. Water energy. Boundaries blurred, structures dissolved. Spirituality became accessible and visible in everyday life. Yoga, astrology, tarot, crystals, and energy work found their way into the mainstream. A huge wave of collective healing arose, in which deeply stored traumas and old grief came to the surface to be seen and felt.

Now we move from water to fire. Neptune in Aries asks for something completely different than Neptune in Pisces. Where Pisces invited dreams, surrender, and sometimes escape, Aries calls for action, courage, and embodiment. Awareness and grounding, with both feet on the ground, in the here and now.

Illusions fall away. The veil becomes thinner. We pierce through spiritual numbness. No longer spiritually "floating" to avoid reality, but actually living spirituality. From the inside out. Inner strength and wisdom not only want to be felt, but also to become visible in choices, boundaries, and actions.

When Neptune changes signs, an entire paradigm shifts. It invites us to take a fresh look: what are our shared dreams? What do we still believe in? And perhaps even more importantly: what are we willing to do to protect what is sacred to us?

This is no time for half measures. The energy demands letting go without delay or excuses, transformation on all levels. The question is no longer whether you want to change, but how you are prepared to do so. Old patterns are crumbling, identities are shifting, and underlying it all is a profound awakening process that cannot be forced, but also cannot be stopped.

In a few weeks, the first eclipse of 2026 will occur, followed a few days later by the rare conjunction of Saturn and Neptune at 0 degrees Aries.

Dreams and reality are increasingly converging. Ideas and visions are seeking form and anchoring. A new narrative is emerging. Not just any narrative, but one with decisiveness and responsibility for the greater good.

There is a chance that we will see more fire this year: more protests and more people speaking out. At the same time, dedication and compassion for what is experienced as essential and sacred are also growing. The contrasts are becoming sharper, but also more honest.

February 1: Full moon in Leo

The full moon in Leo on February 1, 2026, falls right in the middle of this acceleration. With Neptune just entering Aries and heavy planets putting pressure on the collective field, this moon feels like a powerful turning point. It illuminates not only the sky, but also the heart, revealing what has been present for some time but has not yet been fully experienced.

Leo stands for self-expression, creative power, and leadership from the heart. Under this full moon, we can feel where we have held ourselves back, where we have dimmed our light, or continued to function in roles that no longer suit us. Emotions can be intense, precisely because this moon invites us to take an honest look at what we have been through and who we have become as a result.

The shift of Neptune to Aries gives this full moon extra significance. Attention moves away from inner processing and toward embodiment and decisiveness. Spirituality no longer wants to be merely felt, but lived. This moon invites courage: the courage to stand up for what burns within, without diminishing it or adapting it to external expectations.

On a collective level, this moon touches on themes such as visibility, truth, and authentic leadership. Not leading from a place of control, but from inner truth. Old images dissolve and make way for a more honest, powerful form of self-expression.

This full moon is an invitation to take responsibility for your inner fire. What wants to be felt may be lived through. What wants to be seen requires space and integrity. In that movement, a natural transition occurs from inner knowing to visible living. The heart wants to lead, not by dominating, but also not by remaining silent.
