Energy This Week

Last week the Schumann resonance, the Earth's frequency, was elevated for days, as was the solar wind. Peaks in solar activity are mirrored in the Schumann resonance, which then vibrates higher. Our brain waves and the rhythm of our heart synchronize with the Schumann resonance. So if it peaks, it is no surprise that you feel that rise in your body. You may have a headache, find it harder to focus, feel tired or instead hyperactive, notice a higher heart rate, and a nervous system under tension. This heightened energy continues into this week and you may feel as though your body, heart, and soul are being reset and rinsed clean. As if we are all together in one big washing machine.

The Moon phases this week: waxing Moon (November 3 - 4), Full Moon (November 5), and waning Moon (from November 6).

November 5: Full Supermoon in Taurus

On November 5 a Full Supermoon shines in the earthy sign of Taurus. Many called October's Full Moon a supermoon too, but this Full Moon in Taurus is named the first officially recorded supermoon of 2025. We will have another one in December.

The energy of a Full Moon always brings a moment of culmination. What once began now comes into bloom, while we are invited to release what no longer belongs with us. Its bright light reveals what was previously in shadow and brings clarity, insight, and direction.

The Taurean energy in which this Moon unfolds is deeply rooted in the Earth. She reminds us of rest, stability, and simplicity. She asks us to pause with what truly holds value, with what gives us a sense of safety and security. Not the outer forms of certainty such as money, possessions, or control, but the inner calm that arises when you trust your own foundation. Taurus invites you to ground, to feel, to enjoy the here and now, and to reconnect with the abundance of life itself.

Because this is a Supermoon, the Moon is closer to the Earth and her energy feels stronger and more intense than usual. Everything that is at play within you can be amplified. Emotions, intuition, desires, yet also restlessness or old pain. The Moon illuminates these layers not to unbalance you, but to help you heal. She invites you to listen to what you feel without judgement, so that what is stuck can begin to move again.

At the same time, the connection between Uranus and Mars creates a dynamic undertone. These two planets stand opposite each other and bring a wave of renewing energy. It may feel as though you are encouraged to take a leap, to try something new, or finally break out of old patterns.

Uranus is retrograde, which means the change primarily happens within. It is not about what you do now, but about how you think and what you believe. Old beliefs about freedom, meaning, and direction can shift so that your inner world opens to new possibilities.

This Full Moon asks you to explore where you still seek safety and certainty outside of yourself, what you think you need from others. Traumas and old wounds may be touched again. This is not a relapse, it is integration and healing. In the coming period, with many planets moving retrograde, you are allowed to take all the time you need.

This Full Supermoon in Taurus invites you to slow down, to feel, and to trust. Not to search for security outside yourself, but to find calm in knowing that you are held. Everything you release makes room for something new that sits closer to your true nature.

Let this Moon remind you of the simplicity of life, the rhythm of the Earth, and the silence that speaks beneath all noise. Create a warm, loving cocoon for yourself in which everything is welcome. Return to yourself, to the place where safety is not a forced, shaky construction but a deeply anchored power. Where you feel, I am home, and where you are allowed to be exactly who you are.

November 7: Uranus to Taurus

When the summer of 2025 arrived and Uranus entered Gemini for the first time, the air seemed to buzz with new possibilities. A lightness arose, a sense of movement in the collective field. Ideas bubbled, conversations opened, people dared to dream again about change and progress.

Uranus in Gemini awakened the mind and brought quick, dynamic, almost revolutionary energy that sparked fresh insights. We were invited to think differently, to release old beliefs, and to look at the world with curious eyes. Many felt a strong pull to learn, to connect, and to communicate more freely. It was a time of mental renewal and inspiration, with sudden insights opening pathways to another future.

Since September 6 this year, Uranus has been retrograde in Gemini. On November 7, Uranus returns for a while to Taurus, where it continues its retrograde until about February 4, 2026. Only on April 26, 2026 does Uranus shift to Gemini for good.

With this transit the energy moves from air to earth, from thinking to feeling, from movement to stillness. Where Gemini belongs to words and thought, Taurus reminds us of the value of silence, simplicity, and tangible reality. The cosmos invites us to land, to stand with two feet on the ground and take our place. To anchor the renewing ideas, intentions, and desires that have arisen since July into something durable.

This transition feels like a collective exhale, a moment to let everything we have conceived or discovered in recent months sink into the soil of our being. Uranus in Taurus does not ask us to renew by breaking, but to renew by grounding. The planet of liberation returns to a sign centered on stability, nature, the body, and values, and that creates a special tension. We feel the urge to move forward while being invited to pause with what truly carries meaning.

Between November 2025 and April 2026 a deep awareness arises around what we own, what we need, and what we value. A magnifying glass is placed on our relationship with security, possessions, and earthly worth. What is truly valuable to you, and what brings genuine calm and trust?

Where summer revolved around ideas, winter is about integration. We realize that renewal does not only lie in technology or progress, but also in how we treat the Earth, our bodies, and one another. It is a time in which old structures become visible once more so we can consciously release them. Old certainties may wobble, yet this happens to create space for a new kind of certainty, one that comes from inner calm rather than outer control.

Uranus in Taurus teaches that true freedom does not always mean changing the world. Sometimes it means finding the stillness to remain loyal to what truly holds value. It is a period of reflection in which the call of the Earth grows clearer. We are reminded that growth needs time, and that ideas gain real strength only when they are rooted in something real. What was born in air must now take root in earth.

When Uranus enters Gemini again in April 2026 the energy becomes lighter and more mobile. The ideas that arose in 2025, and that ripened during the months in Taurus, will then be ready to come alive. The mind will awaken again, now with a stronger foundation. Renewal will no longer be fleeting, but carried by something that endures.

The return of Uranus to Taurus in November 2025 is not a step backwards. It is a phase of inner anchoring. The universe invites us to slow down, to listen to what the body and intuition want to tell us, and to remember that every revolution begins with what we nourish in silence. While the outer world may still be full of movement, the real change happens in the depths, where air and earth touch, where thought grows roots, and where silence regains meaning.

November 9: Mercury retrograde

November is a month of slowing down, a sacred in-between in which time itself seems to breathe. It is as if the universe gently presses pause before we enter the depths of winter.

On November 9 Mercury turns retrograde. First in fiery, questing Sagittarius until November 19, then in mysterious, transformative Scorpio from November 19 to 29. This retrograde lets us feel that truth no longer wishes to manifest outside us, it wants to be heard from within.

What we thought we knew is reviewed. What we feel is refined. Old beliefs may wobble, not to confuse us but to create space for a deeper knowing, a truth that is born not from words but from awareness.

Mercury remains in Sagittarius until January 1. In its final retrograde of the year, it slows the rhythm of thought and speech. We are invited to return within, to the quiet source where words are born. Here, in the shelter of the mind, we can feel what we truly wish to say. Not speaking to answer, but to connect. Not listening to understand only, but to sense what remains unspoken.

The weeks that follow revolve around vision, truth, and inner light, and also around revision and reconnection with the essence behind our words. Every truth that reaches the light was once born in silence. It is the soul's silence that now sounds louder than the world's voice.

Mercury retrograde in Sagittarius asks us to examine our beliefs. Where do we speak from fear and where from trust? In Scorpio this energy travels even deeper. We are confronted with the hidden layers of communication, the unspoken emotions, the words that were never said yet linger between the lines. It is a time of purification of language, of rediscovering the magic that lives in honest expression. And if we listen, truly listen, we may hear something that has always been present: the voice of the soul saying, "Be still. The truth is here."

What do you hear when you become truly quiet, and which words were never spoken that you may now express from love, trust, and strength, to yourself and to another?

Was einst begann, kommt nun zur Blüte.

7. November: Uranus in Taurus

Monday, Nov. 3 - 9

Energy this week

Last week, the Schumann resonance "frequency of the earth" was high for days. As was the solar wind. Peaks from the sun work their way into the Schumann resonance, causing it to vibrate higher. Our brain waves and the rhythm of our heart are in sync with the Schumann resonance. So when it peaks, it's not crazy to feel that increase in your body. You may have a headache, more difficulty focusing, be tired or hyperactive, your heart rate may be higher and your nervous system may be under stress. Also this week, this increased energy is working through and you may feel like your body, heart and soul are being reset and flushed clean. Like we are all in a big washing machine.

The moon phases this week: waxing moon (Nov. 3 - 4), full moon (Nov. 5) and waning moon (from Nov. 6).

Nov. 5: Full supermoon in Taurus

On Nov. 5, a full supermoon shines in the Earth sign of Taurus. Many also called October's full moon a supermoon, but this full moon in Taurus is being called the first officially recorded supermoon of 2025. We will have another one in December.

The energy of a full moon always brings with it a moment of completion. What was once begun is now coming to fruition, and at the same time we are invited to let go of what no longer belongs to us. The bright moonlight makes visible what was previously in the shadows and provides clarity, insight and direction.

The Taurus energy in which this moon unfolds is deeply rooted in the earth. She reminds us of peace, stability and simplicity. She asks us to dwell on what is truly of value, on what gives us a sense of safety and security. Not the outer forms of security (money, possessions or control), but the inner peace that comes from trusting your own foundation. Taurus invites you to ground, feel, enjoy the here and now, and reconnect with the abundance of life itself.

Because this is a supermoon, the moon is closer to the earth and its energy feels more powerful and intense than usual. Anything going on inside you can be amplified. Emotions, intuition, desires, as well as turmoil or old pain. The moon illuminates these layers not to throw you off balance, but to help you heal. She invites you to listen to what you feel, without judgment, so that what is stuck can start to flow again.

At the same time, the connection between Uranus and Mars provides a dynamic undertone. These two planets are directly opposite each other and bring a wave of innovative energy. It can feel like you are being encouraged to take a leap, try something new, or finally break out of old patterns.

Uranus is retrograde, which means that the change is mostly inside. What matters now is not what you do, but how you think and what you believe. Old beliefs about freedom, meaning and direction may shift, opening your inner world to new possibilities.

This full moon asks you to examine where you still seek safety and security outside of yourself. What you think you need from the other. Traumas and old wounds can be touched again. This is not a relapse, but integration and healing. In the coming period, when many planets are retrograde, you may take all the time you need for this.

This full supermoon in Taurus invites you to slow down, feel and trust. To not look for security outside yourself, but to find peace in knowing you are being carried. Everything you let go of makes room for something new that is closer to your true nature.

Let this moon remind you of the simplicity of life, of the rhythm of the earth, of the silence that speaks beneath all the noise. Create for yourself a warm, loving cocoon where everything is allowed to be. Return to yourself, to the place where safety is not a forced, shaky construct, but a deep, powerfully anchored feeling. Where you feel, I am home and where exactly who I am is allowed to be.

Nov. 7: Uranus to Taurus

As the summer of 2025 dawns and Uranus enters the sign of Gemini for the first time, the air seems to vibrate with new possibilities. A lightness emerges, a sense of movement in the collective consciousness. Ideas fizzle, conversations open up, people dare to dream of change and progress again.

Uranus in Gemini awakened the mind and gave a quick, dynamic - almost revolutionary - energy, which gave new insights. We were invited to think differently, to let go of old beliefs and to look at the world with curious eyes. During this period, many felt a strong urge to gain new knowledge, seek connection and communicate more freely. It is was time of mental renewal, of inspiration, of sudden insights that open the way to a different future.

Since Sept. 6 this year, Uranus has been retrograde in Gemini. On Nov. 7, Uranus returns briefly to Taurus, where it continues its retrograde transit until about Feb. 4, 2026. Not until April 26, 2026 does Uranus shift permanently into Gemini.

With this transit, the energy shifts from air to earth. From thinking to feeling. From movement to stillness. Where Gemini is the domain of words and thoughts, Taurus reminds us of the value of silence, simplicity and tangible reality. The cosmos invites us to land: to stand with two feet on the ground and take your place. And to now anchor the innovative ideas, intentions and desires that have emerged since July into something lasting.

This transit feels like a collective exhalation: a moment to let everything we have conceived or discovered over the past few months sink into the earth of our existence. Uranus in Taurus no longer asks us to renew by "breaking," but by "grounding. The planet of liberation returns to a sign that revolves around stability, nature, body and values, and this creates a special tension. We feel the urge to move forward, but at the same time are invited to dwell on what truly has meaning.

During this period between November 2025 and April 2026, a profound awareness of what we own, what we need and what we value emerges. A magnifying glass is put on our relationship with security, possessions and earthly values. What is truly of value and worth to you? And what gives real peace and confidence?

Where summer was about ideas, winter is about integration. We realize that renewal lies not only in technology or progress, but also in the way we treat the earth, our bodies and each other. It is a time when old structures become visible one more time so that we can consciously let go of them. Old certainties may falter, but they do so to make room for a new kind of certainty - one that comes from inner peace rather than outer control.

Uranus in Taurus teaches us that true freedom does not always mean changing the world; sometimes it means finding the peace to stay true to what is truly of value. It is a period of reflection, when the call of the earth becomes more clearly audible. We are reminded that growth takes time, that ideas gain real power only when they are rooted in something real. What was born in the air must now take root in the earth.

When Uranus re-enters Gemini in April 2026, the energy will become lighter and more mobile again. Then the ideas born in 2025 - and matured during the months in Taurus - will be ready to come to life. The mind will awaken again, but this time with a firmer foundation. The renewal will no longer be fleeting, but carried by something that endures.

So the return of Uranus to Taurus in November 2025 is not a step backward, but a phase of inner anchoring. The universe invites us to slow down, to listen to what our bodies and intuition want to tell us, and to remember that every revolution begins with what we nurture in silence. While the world outside may still be full of movement, the real change happens in the depths; where air and earth meet, where thoughts take root and silence regains meaning.

November 9: Mercury retrograde

November is a month of slowing down, a sacred in-between where time itself seems to breathe. It is as if the universe is gently pressing the pause button before we enter the depths of winter.

On Nov. 9, Mercury goes retrograde: first into the fiery, searching sign Sagittarius (until Nov. 19) and then into the mysterious, transforming Scorpio (from Nov. 19 to 29). This retrograde lets us feel that truth no longer manifests outside of us, but wants to be heard from within.

What we thought we knew is revised. What we feel is refined. Old beliefs may falter, not to confuse us, but to make room for a deeper knowing, a truth not of words, but of consciousness.

Mercury remains in Sagittarius until January 1. In his last retrograde of the year, he slows the rhythm of our thinking and speaking. We are invited to return inward, to the silent source where words are born. Here, in the lee of the mind, we can feel what we really want to say. No longer speaking to answer, but to connect. No longer listening to understand, but to feel what is unspoken.

The weeks that follow revolve around vision, truth and inner light, as well as revising and reconnecting with the essence behind our words. For every truth that reaches the light was once born in silence. It is the silence of the soul that now rings louder than the voice of the world.

Mercury retrograde in Sagittarius asks us to look at our beliefs. Where do we speak from fear and where from confidence? In Scorpio, this energy descends even deeper. We are confronted with the hidden layers of communication, the unspoken emotions, the words that were never said yet remain palpable between the lines. It is a time of purifying language, of rediscovering the magic that lies in honest expression. And if we listen, really listen, we may hear something that has always been there: the voice of the soul saying, "Be still. The truth is here."

'What do you hear when you are truly silent? And what words have never been spoken and may you now speak from love, trust and strength (to yourself and others)?'
