Energy This Week

The energy of the past few weeks has felt heavy. Many people have experienced a difficult start to the year, marked by fatigue, physical discomfort, and gloomy thoughts. Last week, a hint of lightness already began to pierce through the veil, and this continues into this week. The energy may feel like a breath of fresh air — a sense of coming back to life.

Capricorn energy has now made way for Aquarius energy. This week, five planets are in Aquarius: Pluto, Venus (since January 17), the Moon (until January 20), the Sun and Mercury (from January 20), and Mars (from January 23).

Aquarius brings a fresh, renewing energy that helps you take a step back and look at yourself and the world with greater clarity. Less being swept away by emotions, and more space for insight, ideas, and new perspectives.
Pluto works quietly in the background, driving deep transformations — especially in how we live together and how we relate to power and freedom. Venus highlights equality and space within relationships, while the Moon makes you more sensitive to the atmosphere around you. With the Sun and Mercury, there is increased focus on yourself, your individuality, and new ideas. And from the end of the week, Mars gives you the courage to truly do something differently or to stand up for something that matters to you.

Moon phase this week:waxing Moon.

Final week of Neptune in Pisces

On January 26, Neptune makes its final move from Pisces into Aries. When Neptune began its journey into Aries last year, the universe firmly pressed the reset button. On both a personal and collective level, much was turned upside down. Themes that were present between March and October last year may resurface.

This week, you may feel the tension between water and fire, calling for extra balance. The final phase of Neptune in Pisces, which began on October 22, offered a unique opportunity to look back, listen more deeply to your intuition, and release old illusions before the new era in Aries truly begins.

In the next update, we will explore Neptune in Aries in more depth.

January 20: Sun and Mercury in Aquarius

With the Sun and Mercury in Aquarius, a special flow begins around thinking, sharing, and writing. It can feel as though space is created in both your mind and your heart to put words to what has been alive within you for some time, but had not yet taken shape. Aquarius invites honesty, free thinking, and the courage to let your own voice be heard.

Mercury, the planet of language and communication, feels open and curious in Aquarius. Thoughts move more freely, connections are made more quickly, and insights can arrive suddenly, often at unexpected moments. Writing becomes less about searching for the right words and more about listening: what wants to be spoken through me? The Sun illuminates this process and gives you the confidence to make yourself visible, even if your words differ from the norm.

This energy supports writing that not only informs, but also connects. Texts may be personal without becoming heavy, visionary without being vague. You are invited to color outside the lines, choose new angles, and write from a broader perspective, while still remaining true to yourself. It is not about perfection, but about authenticity.

The Sun and Mercury in Aquarius remind you that words carry power when they are allowed to flow freely. Through writing, you may not only understand yourself more deeply, but also touch others, awaken something within them, or offer a sense of recognition. What you write — however personal or unconventional — may be exactly what someone else needs right now.

January 23: Mars in Aquarius

With Mars in Aquarius, the way you experience your strength and willpower begins to shift. This is not an energy that pushes or forces, but one that awakens from within. Mars represents action and fire; in Aquarius, that fire takes on an independent, free, and conscious form. You may not feel an immediate urge to fight, but rather a desire to remain true to yourself and to act from what genuinely feels right for you.

This energy invites you to release old patterns, especially those in which you have adapted yourself or held back. Mars in Aquarius does not ask for quick results, but for courage — the courage to do things differently, to follow your own rhythm, and to stand up for what you truly value. Action arises here from insight and ideals, not from impulse or anger.

There is also something soft and hopeful in this placement. An awareness that your choices matter, not only for yourself, but for the greater whole. Small, conscious steps can make a meaningful difference. You do not have to change everything at once; it is enough to take one step that brings more freedom, honesty, or humanity.

Mars in Aquarius reminds you that true strength does not lie in control, but in authenticity. When you dare to act from who you truly are, movement becomes meaningful in itself. And it is precisely here that the warmth of this energy resides: in the quiet trust that your unique way of being can make the world just a little lighter.

“What within me now wants to think more freely, speak more honestly, and be lived more courageously, as I release old illusions and make space for a new direction?”

Last week from Neptune in Pisces

On January 26, Neptune finally moves from Pisces to Aries. When Neptune began its journey into Aries last year, the universe pressed the reset button hard. On a personal and collective level, many things were turned upside down. Issues that were present between March and October of last year may now resurface.

This week, you can clearly feel the tension between water and fire, which calls for additional balance. The last phase of Neptune in Pisces, which began on October 22, offered a special opportunity to look back, listen more deeply to your own intuition, and let go of old illusions before the new age in Aries truly begins.

In the next update, we will take a closer look at Neptune in Aries.

January 20: Sun and Mercury in Aquarius

With the Sun and Mercury in Aquarius, a special energy surrounding thinking, sharing, and writing is set in motion. It is as if space is created in your mind and heart to express in words what has been alive within you for some time but had not yet found form. Aquarius invites you to be honest, think freely, and let your own voice be heard.

Mercury, the planet of language and communication, feels open and curious in Aquarius. Thoughts move more freely, connections are recognized more quickly, and insights can suddenly appear—often in unexpected moments. Writing becomes less of a search for the right words and more of a listening exercise: What wants to be said through me? The Sun illuminates this process and gives you the confidence to make yourself visible, even if your words deviate from the norm.

This energy supports texts that not only inform, but also connect. Writing can be personal without seeming heavy, visionary without becoming unclear. You can think outside the box, choose new perspectives, and write from a broader perspective while remaining true to yourself. It's not about perfection, but about authenticity.

The Sun and Mercury in Aquarius remind you that words have power when they are allowed to flow freely. Through writing, you can not only understand yourself better, but also touch others, shake them awake, or give them a sense of recognition. What you write down—as unique or unconventional as it may be—may be exactly what someone else needs at that moment.

January 23: Mars in Aquarius

With Mars in Aquarius, the way you experience your power and willpower changes. It is not an energy that pushes or forces, but one that awakens from within. Mars stands for action and fire; in Aquarius, this fire takes on an idiosyncratic, free, and conscious form. You may not immediately feel the urge to fight, but rather the desire to remain true to yourself and act from what feels truly right for you.

This energy invites you to let go of old patterns — especially those in which you have conformed or held back. Mars in Aquarius does not demand quick results, but courage: the courage to do things differently, to follow your own rhythm, and to stand up for what is truly important to you. Action here arises from insight and ideals, not from impulse or anger.

There is also something gentle and hopeful about this constellation. The realization that your decisions matter—not only for yourself, but also for the greater whole. Small, conscious steps can have a big impact. You don't have to change everything at once; it's enough to take one step that brings more freedom, honesty, or humanity.

Mars in Aquarius reminds you that true strength lies not in control, but in authenticity. If you have the courage to act from your true self, movement will make sense all by itself. And that is precisely where the warmth of this energy lies: in the quiet confidence that your unique way of living can make the world a little brighter.

"What within me would like to think more freely, speak more honestly, and live more courageously now, as I let go of old illusions and create space for a new direction?"
