Energy This Week

Last week felt like a vortex in which various energies and pivotal moments converged. This might have felt like a wake-up call or a reality check, bringing you briefly back down to earth with both feet. To find stillness, turn inward and listen with your full attention—not just fleetingly—to what is unfolding within you.

In particular, Venus in Scorpio and retrograde Uranus in Gemini form a challenging, volatile combination with sharp edges. As a result, you may react more fiercely than usual. It can be harder to set aside your shadow sides—which we all have—and cover them with the cloak of love. Your reactions may come across as somewhat rawer, unfiltered, and more frustrated. Keep that in mind—in your relationship, friendships, at the grocery store, in traffic, and so on. People’s tempers may be a little shorter.

This more explosive and raw energy may become even stronger now that Black Moon Lilith enters rational Capricorn this week. In addition, Chiron returns to Aries, which may stir up old wounds related to rejection, not being chosen, and not feeling good enough.

In short, we are entering an intense period during which you may encounter old hurts, triggers, beliefs, and other unhelpful patterns. Don’t let this discourage you or throw you off balance; go with the flow and examine what this energy is asking of you. And—this is very important—don’t make it seem worse than it is. This energy can also be a little dramatic.

In October, Mercury and Venus will also go retrograde. Saturn, Uranus, Pluto, Neptune, and Chiron are already retrograde. This cosmic slowdown helps you navigate this turbulent phase, in which so much is happening and coming to the surface. And fortunately, this too shall pass.

And in the meantime, there are wonderful opportunities in the areas of healing, body awareness, and strengthening your connection with your soul. It all depends on where you focus your attention.

Lunar phase: waxing moon.

September 14: Black Moon Lilith enters Capricorn

On September 14, Black Moon Lilith enters Capricorn. And with that, the earthy energy of this period takes on a deeper, rawer undertone.

Lilith touches the part of you that no longer wants to conform. The part that, deep down, knows when you’ve lost sight of yourself in order to meet expectations, follow rules, or live up to the image of who you’re supposed to be.

In Capricorn, she touches upon what you have built: your work, your ambitions, responsibilities, status, and the structures within which you live. But she also raises the question: Whose life is this, really?

Where have you held yourself back in order to fit in? Where have you said yes when something inside you was already whispering no? And where have you clung to an expectation that hasn't suited you for a long time?

Lilith can awaken something you have suppressed for a long time. A longing. A rage. A truth. Not to turn everything upside down, but because your soul cannot live forever in a form that no longer feels right.

She brings a rebellious touch, but her rebellion goes deeper than simply breaking the rules. It is the rebellion of your soul against self-denial.

Lilith in Capricorn invites you to rethink your own definition of success, maturity, and responsibility.

You don't need to break away from every structure. But you may sense which structures support you—and which ones hold you back.

You don't have to become the person the world expects you to be. You can become the person you already are deep down inside.

And perhaps that is the deepest invitation of this time: to stop building a life that only makes sense from the outside, and instead find the courage to create a life in which your soul can truly feel at home.

September 17: Chiron returns to Aries

A few days after Black Moon Lilith enters Capricorn, Chiron returns to Aries. It’s as if the universe first reveals where you’ve adapted, held back, or given up on yourself—and then invites you to seek healing precisely there.

Lilith in Capricorn asks the question: Is the life you’ve built truly your own? Chiron then takes you to a deeper level: Who are you when you truly dare to be yourself?

It is a journey from self-revelation toward healing. From recognizing where you have lost yourself, toward coming home to yourself once more.

Chiron is known as the "wounded healer." It touches on old pain related to rejection, not feeling like you belong, not feeling good enough, or the feeling that you must change yourself in order to receive love and recognition.

But Chiron is not just about the wound. It is precisely through what has touched you that deep wisdom can emerge. Your vulnerability can teach you to become more gentle, to listen inward, and to discover that you are not broken, but on your way to a deeper form of wholeness.

From Taurus to Aries

Chiron has been moving through Taurus recently, bringing up themes such as self-worth, safety, your body, and material security.

Taurus asked you:

Where does my value lie?
What gives me a sense of security?
Can I hold my own when the outside world changes?

With the return to Aries, the energy shifts:

From value to identity.
From holding on to moving forward.
From seeking safety to finding courage.

Aries brings you back to the essence: "I am," and the courage to be yourself.

Chiron in Aries can bring up old wounds related to your right to be yourself.

Where have you made yourself smaller?
Where have you adapted in order to fit in?
Where have you held back your own desire, strength, or truth?

It is precisely here that Chiron connects with Lilith.

Lilith shows you where you have limited yourself. Chiron asks what this part of you needs in order to heal.

In the years ahead, these old layers may come to light once more. Not to drag you back to the past, but to bring into the present what has remained stuck there. You can feel what you feel, set boundaries, desire what you desire, make different choices, and start over.

Chiron in Aries does not require a tough kind of courage. It is a gentler, deeper kind of courage: the courage to face yourself exactly where you are still vulnerable. To no longer abandon yourself when things get intense. To remain true to yourself, even when others don’t understand you.

Coming Home to Yourself

Chiron's return to Aries invites you to let go of old definitions of yourself.

Who did you have to be to receive love?
Who did you have to be to belong?
Who have you become in order to protect yourself?

And who are you beneath all that? Beneath all the roles, expectations, and old stories, something simple lives: I am here, I may exist, and I no longer need to prove myself.

Stop building a life in which you have to prove yourself, but dare to live in a way that truly feels right.

Chiron doesn't ask you to forget your wounds. It invites you to discover that your wound isn't the end of your story. Perhaps it is precisely there, in that vulnerable spot, that your greatest wisdom is born.

Healing begins when you stop trying to become someone else and find the courage to be your true self.

You don't need permission to exist. You can choose, live, and be fully present here.

"Where have you limited yourself, held yourself back, or given up on yourself? Where is your deepest pain? Where do you feel most vulnerable? And what would you want to tell your inner child—and, above all, let it feel?"

Energy This Week

Last week felt like a whirlpool where various energies and moments of decision converged. It may have felt like a wake-up call or a reality check that briefly brought you back down to earth. This more explosive and raw energy could intensify even further now that the Black Moon Lilith is moving into rational Capricorn this week. In addition, Chiron is returning to Aries, which may bring up old pain related to rejection, not being chosen, and not being good enough.

In short, we’re entering an intense period during which you may encounter old pain, triggers, beliefs, and other unhelpful patterns. Don’t let yourself get discouraged or thrown off track; go with the flow and explore what this energy is asking of you. And—one more very important point—don’t make it worse than it is. September 14: Black Moon Lilith in Capricorn

On September 14, the Black Moon Lilith enters Capricorn. And with that, the earthy energy of this period takes on a deeper, rougher undercurrent.

Lilith touches the part of you that no longer wants to conform. The part that knows deep down when you’ve betrayed yourself to meet expectations, rules, or the idea of who you’re supposed to be.

In Capricorn, she is moved by what you’ve built: your work, your ambitions, your responsibilities, your status, and the structures within which you live. But also by the question: Whose life is this, really?

Lilith can awaken something you’ve kept buried for a long time. A longing. A rage. A truth. Not to turn everything upside down, but because your soul cannot live indefinitely in a form that no longer fits.

She brings a rebellious edge, but her rebellion goes deeper than just breaking the rules. It is your soul's rebellion against self-denial.

Lilith in Capricorn invites you to rethink your own definition of success, maturity, and responsibility.

You don't have to break away from every structure. But you can sense which structures support you—and which ones hold you back.

You don't have to become who the world expects you to be. You can become who you already are deep down inside.

And perhaps that is the deepest invitation of this period: to stop building a life that only looks right on the outside, and instead to find the courage to create a life in which your soul can truly feel at home.

September 17: Chiron Returns to Aries

A few days after the Black Moon Lilith entered Capricorn, Chiron returns to Aries. It’s as if the universe first reveals to you where you’ve adapted, held back, or let go. And then invites you to seek healing right there.

Lilith in Capricorn asks the question: Is the life you’ve built really yours? Chiron then takes you to a deeper level: Who are you when you truly dare to be yourself?

It is a journey from unmasking to healing. From recognizing where you have lost yourself to finding your way back home within yourself.

From Taurus to Aries

Chiron has recently been moving through Taurus, bringing up themes such as self-worth, security, your body, and material security.

Stier asked you:

Where does my value lie?
What gives me a sense of security?
Can I rely on myself when the outside world changes?

With the return to Aries, the energy shifts:

From Value to Identity.
From Clinging to Moving Forward.
From Seeking Security to Finding Courage.

Aries brings you back to the essence: "I am," and the courage to be yourself.

Chiron in Aries can bring up old wounds related to your right to be yourself.

Where have you made yourself smaller?
Where have you conformed in order to fit in?
Where have you held back your own desires, your strength, or your truth?

This is exactly where Chiron connects with Lilith.

Lilith shows you where you've limited yourself. Chiron asks what this part of you needs in order to heal.

In the coming years, these old layers may resurface. Not to take you back to the past, but to bring what’s been left behind there into the present. You are allowed to feel what you feel, set boundaries, desire what you desire, make different decisions, and start anew.

Chiron in Aries doesn’t require a tough kind of courage. It’s a gentler, deeper kind of courage: the courage to face yourself exactly where you’re still vulnerable. To no longer abandon yourself when things get intense. To stay true to yourself, even when others don’t understand you.

Finding Yourself

Chiron's return to Aries invites you to let go of old definitions of yourself.

Who did you have to be to be loved?
Who did you have to be to fit in?
Who did you become to protect yourself?

And who are you among all of that? Beneath all the roles, expectations, and old stories, something simple lives on: I am here, I am allowed to exist, and I no longer have to prove myself.

Stop trying to build a life in which you have to prove yourself, and instead dare to live according to what is truly right.

Chiron isn't asking you to forget your wounds. He's inviting you to discover that your wound isn't the end of your story. Perhaps it is precisely there, in that vulnerable place, that your greatest wisdom is born.

Healing begins when you stop trying to become someone else and instead find the courage to be completely yourself.

You don't need permission to exist. You are free to choose, to live, and to be fully present here.

"Where have you held yourself back, restrained yourself, and abandoned yourself? Where is your deepest pain? Where do you feel most vulnerable? And what would you want to say to your inner child—and, above all, what would you want them to feel?"

Energy this week

Last week felt like a whirlwind in which various energies—and moments of choice—converged. This might have felt like a wake-up call or a reality check, bringing you back down to earth for a moment. It was an opportunity to quiet your mind, turn inward, and listen with full attention—not just superficially—to what’s going on inside you.

Venus in Scorpio and Uranus retrograde in Gemini, in particular, form a challenging, volatile combination with a sharp edge. This may cause you to react more fiercely than usual. It may be harder to wrap up and cover your shadow sides—which we all have—with the cloak of love. Things may come across as a bit rougher, unfiltered, and more frustrated. Keep that in mind—in your relationship, friendships, at the store while grocery shopping, in traffic, etc. Tempers may be a bit shorter.

This more explosive and raw energy could intensify even further now that the Black Moon Lilith is entering rational Capricorn this week. In addition, Chiron is returning to Aries, which may bring up old wounds related to rejection, not being chosen, and not feeling good enough.

In short, we’re entering an intense period during which you may have to deal with old wounds, triggers, beliefs, and other unhelpful patterns. Don’t let yourself get discouraged or thrown off balance; go with the flow and explore what this energy is asking of you. And—one more very important thing—don’t make it worse than it is. This energy can also be a bit dramatic.

In October, Mercury and Venus will also go retrograde. Saturn, Uranus, Pluto, Neptune, and Chiron are already retrograde. This cosmic slowdown will help you navigate this turbulent phase, in which so much is happening and coming to the surface. And fortunately, this, too, will pass.

And in the meantime, there are amazing opportunities in the areas of healing, body awareness, and strengthening your connection with your soul. It just depends on what you choose to focus on.

Moon phase: waxing moon.

September 14: Black Moon Lilith enters Capricorn

On September 14, the Black Moon Lilith enters Capricorn. And with that, the earthly energy of this period takes on a deeper, rawer undercurrent.

Lilith touches the part of you that no longer wants to conform. The part that knows deep down when you've betrayed yourself to meet expectations, follow rules, or live up to the image of who you're supposed to be.

In Capricorn, she touches on what you’ve built: your work, your ambitions, your responsibilities, your status, and the structures within which you live. But she also touches on the question: Whose life is this, really?

Where did you hold back in order to fit in? Where did you say “yes” even though something inside you had long been whispering “no”? And where did you remain loyal to an expectation that no longer suits you?

Lilith can awaken something you’ve kept hidden for a long time. A desire. Anger. A truth. Not to tear everything down, but because your soul cannot live forever in a form that no longer fits.

She brings a touch of rebellion, but her rebellion goes deeper than simply breaking the rules. It is the rebellion of your soul against self-denial.

Lilith in Capricorn invites you to reevaluate your own definition of success, maturity, and responsibility.

You don't have to break away from every structure. But you can sense which structures support you—and which ones hold you back.

You don't have to become who the world expects you to be. You can become who you already are deep down inside.

And perhaps that is the deepest invitation of this period: to stop building a life that only appears to be right from the outside, and instead find the courage to create a life in which your soul can truly feel at home.

September 17: Chiron Returns to Aries

A few days after the Black Moon Lilith moves into Capricorn, Chiron returns to Aries. It’s as if the universe first reveals to you the areas where you’ve adapted, held back, or given up on yourself—and then invites you to seek healing precisely there.

Lilith in Capricorn asks you: Is the life you've built truly your own? Chiron then takes you to a deeper level: Who are you when you dare to truly be yourself?

It’s a journey from unmasking to healing. From recognizing where you’ve lost yourself to finding your way back home within yourself.

Cheiron is called the “wounded healer.” He touches on old pain related to rejection, not belonging, not being good enough, or the feeling that you have to change yourself to receive love and recognition.

But Chiron isn’t just about the wound. It is precisely through what has affected you that deep wisdom can emerge. Your vulnerability can teach you to become gentler, to listen to your inner self, and to discover that you are not broken, but on a journey toward a deeper form of wholeness.

From Taurus to Aries

Cheiron has recently been transiting through Taurus, bringing themes such as self-worth, safety, your body, and material security.

Taurus asked you:

Where does my value lie?
What gives me a sense of security?
Can I remain grounded when the outside world changes?

With the return to Aries, the energy shifts:

From Value to Identity.
From Holding On to Moving Forward.
From Seeking Safety to Finding Courage.

Aries brings you back to the essence: "I am" and the courage to be yourself.

Chiron in Aries can bring up old wounds related to your right to be yourself.

In what ways have you made yourself smaller?
In what ways have you conformed in order to fit in?
In what ways have you held back your own desires, strength, or truth?

This is precisely where Chiron connects with Lilith.

Lilith shows you where you've limited yourself. Chiron asks you what this part of you needs in order to heal.

In the coming years, these old layers may resurface. Not to take you back to the past, but to bring something that got stuck there into the present. You’re allowed to feel what you feel, set boundaries, desire what you desire, make different choices, and start over.

Chiron in Aries doesn’t ask for rugged courage. It’s a gentler, deeper kind of courage: the courage to meet yourself exactly where you’re still vulnerable. To stop abandoning yourself when things get intense. To stay true to yourself, even when others don’t understand you.

Coming Home to Yourself

Chiron's return to Aries invites you to let go of old definitions of yourself.

Who did you have to be to get love?
Who did you have to be to fit in?
Who did you become to protect yourself?

And who are you beneath all that? Beneath all the roles, expectations, and old stories, something simple lives on: I am here, I am allowed to exist, and I no longer need to prove myself.

Stop trying to build a life in which you have to prove yourself, and dare to live in a way that truly feels right.

Cheiron isn't asking you to forget your wounds. He's inviting you to discover that your wound isn't the end of your story. Perhaps it is precisely there, in that vulnerable place, that your greatest wisdom is born.

Healing begins when you stop trying to be someone else and find the courage to be completely yourself.

You don't need anyone's permission to exist. You are free to choose, to live, and to be fully present.

“In what ways have you limited, held back, or abandoned yourself? Where does your deepest pain lie? Where do you feel most vulnerable? And what would you like to tell your inner child—and, above all, help it feel?”
