Energy This Week

This week we have a waxing moon, leading up to a full moon on Aug. 9. The energy of July was intense and heavy. This energy is still palpable, the earth is literally shaking and releasing steam. The so-called "ring of fire" around the Pacific Ocean is more active than ever. You too may feel the need for deep release.

Sadness, anger - everything you have suppressed for years - can surface. People-pleasing for the sake of peace no longer works. You can no longer ignore your emotions. Connect with this energy and let it out. Otherwise, it may become even more deeply rooted in your system and start to fester, which could cause all kinds of problems in the long run. What you may be experiencing right now are: heat waves, sweating and fever spikes, bursts of anger you can't quite place (as if the anger is coming from your very core), pressure on your neck and skull, headaches, heart palpitations and jaw clenching.

August is an 8-month, traditionally associated with abundance, magic and the strength of the lion. This energy is the gift, "the reward," when you dare to set yourself free. When you dare to shed all layers, masks and shields and allow yourself to be seen in all your vulnerability. In that vulnerability lies your true strength, inspiration and joy of life.

We are now also in the middle of the Sirius and Lion's Gate portal. This is a powerful period in which you have the chance to open up further - to expand your heart and consciousness - and come closer to yourself. Sirius is not called the spiritual sun behind the sun for nothing. It is a cosmic energy source that helps our consciousness to awaken. A portal to higher dimensions, knowledge and galactic wisdom. Sirius is said to be the home base of enlightened beings working for the evolution of the earth. The energy of Sirius can help you activate your heart chakra, third eye and DNA.

The period when Sirius rises together with the sun (July 22 - August 12) is called the Dog Days. We mainly know this as the period when food spoils more quickly, because it is often warm with high humidity. The name Dog Days is not chosen randomly. Sirius is located in the constellation Canis Major "Great Dog" and is called the Dog Star because it is the brightest star in that constellation.

In the coming weeks you may experience more synchronicities and déjà vu moments. Soul connections can become stronger or suddenly fall away if they have served their purpose. Many karmic relationships are coming to an end. Dreams can be vivid and prophetic. If you are dreaming a lot, write them down. They may give you a beautiful, cryptic message or a nudge forward that you can use.

Themes and traumas from earlier incarnations - or rather parallel lives, because time does not exist - may also come into your awareness. Because now is the time to face them and let them go.

Diese Woche haben wir einen zunehmenden Mond, der auf einen Vollmond am 9. August zusteuert. Die Energie des Juli war intensiv und drückend. Diese Energie ist immer noch spürbar, die Erde bebt buchstäblich und lässt Dampf ab. Der sogenannte "Ring of Fire" rund um den Pazifischen Ozean ist aktiver denn je. Auch du kannst das Bedürfnis nach einer tiefen Entladung spüren.

Trauer, Wut - alles, was du jahrelang unterdrückt hast - kann freigesetzt werden. Es funktioniert nicht mehr, anderen zuliebe Harmonie zu wahren. Du kannst deine Emotionen nicht länger ignorieren. Verbinde dich mit dieser Energie und lasse sie los. Andernfalls kann sie sich noch tiefer in deinem System festsetzen und wuchern, was langfristig allerlei Beschwerden verursachen kann.
