Monday, May 26 - June 1
Energy This Week
We have already arrived at the last week of May. This week the moon is waning. On May 27, we will have a new moon in Gemini. The general energy is wobbly and unpredictable, which means you sometimes have to go all out to stay balanced. And not get stuck in your head or lose the connection with your body and the earth. That requires some extra practice. The sun is calmer again. Last week, we saw a massive opening (coronal hole) directed toward the Earth, allowing a lot of solar wind to pass through. The sunspots are also smaller.
We are currently dealing with many cosmic influences. Our solar system is only a small part of the whole.
Because the geomagnetic field around the Earth is becoming thinner and has more and more cracks in various places, increasing frequencies from other systems and dimensions are reaching Earth. Since our human systems do not directly recognize these frequencies - and they are often much higher than what we are used to - they can cause all kinds of symptoms. Animals also respond to this. They may become more restless and clingy.
Last week ended with Saturn's shift from Pisces to Aries (May 25). This is the second major planetary shift of 2025 after Neptune. Saturn had been in Pisces since March 2023 and will briefly return there in September. Only in February 2026 will it remain in Aries permanently. In recent years, Pisces brought softness and spiritual deepening. Now Aries calls for decisiveness and the practical application of those insights. This energy will be present in the coming months.
Especially in the coming weeks, it may feel like there is divine intervention and you're being guided. Or that others step in when your situation gets out of hand. With both Neptune and Saturn now in Aries, they join forces, help you feel reality again, and invite you to take action. No more looking away, watching passively, or sugar-coating things-it's time to act for change and improvement. In the coming weeks, you may be seriously challenged to take steps and experience wake-up calls. It's time to let go and raise your frequency.
May 26: Mercury at Gemini (May 26 - June 8)
Mercury is the planet of communication, thinking, and learning, and is the ruler of Gemini. On May 26, it shifts into Gemini. When Mercury is in this sign, it functions at full strength. Communication, exchanging information, learning, writing, and networking may go more smoothly now. The mental energy will be strong in the coming days. Don't get stuck in your head. Keep feeling. And be mindful not to babble like a "headless chicken" and jump from one thing to another. That could exhaust you (and your surroundings ;) Just take it slow and be in the moment.
May 27: New Moon in Gemini
A day later, Mercury receives even more support from the moon. Then we have a new moon in Gemini. Even though she seems absent, she is preparing in silence and darkness for a new lunar cycle. Due to Mercury's influence, this new moon will be extra powerful.
A new moon in Gemini can bring new insights. Inspiration to discover or learn something new. It can help you speak up and share your story. It is also a good time to become aware of how you communicate. To yourself and to others. What words do you use? Are they constructive or destructive? Are they loving or attacking? Do the words you speak and write align with what you truly feel? And how could you communicate (even) more purely?
Because both the sun and moon are conjunct Mercury, the rational "mind energy" is strong. Pluto's influence brings depth during this new moon and can lead you to reflect on your emotions. Additionally, Mercury forms a trine with Pluto, offering a chance to clarify something and discover what you really want.

Energy diese Woche
Wir sind bereits in der letzten Maiwoche angekommen. Diese Woche ist abnehmender Mond. Am 27. Mai haben wir einen Neumond in Zwillinge. Die allgemeine Energie ist wackelig und wechselhaft, was bedeutet, dass du manchmal alle Kraft aufwenden musst, um im Gleichgewicht zu bleiben. Und nicht in deinen Kopf zu rutschen und die Verbindung zu deinem Körper und zur Erde zu verlieren. Das erfordert etwas zusätzliche Übung. Die Sonne ist hingegen wieder ruhiger. Letzte Woche sahen wir noch eine enorme Öffnung (koronales Loch), das auf die Erde gerichtet war und viel Sonnenwind durchließ. Auch die Sonnenflecken sind kleiner.
Es gibt viele Einflüsse aus dem Kosmos, mit denen wir es zu tun haben. Unser Sonnensystem ist nur ein kleiner Teil des Ganzen.
Da das geomagnetische Feld um die Erde dünner wird und an immer mehr Stellen Risse aufweist, erreichen zunehmend Frequenzen aus anderen Systemen und Dimensionen die Erde. Da unsere menschlichen Systeme diese Frequenzen nicht direkt erkennen - und sie oft auch viel höher sind als das, was wir bisher gewohnt sind - kann das zu allerlei Beschwerden führen. Auch Tiere reagieren darauf. Sie können unruhiger und anhänglicher sein.
Die vergangene Woche endete mit dem Übergang von Saturn von Fische in Widder (25. Mai). Dies ist die zweite große planetarische Verschiebung des Jahres 2025 nach Neptun. Saturn befand sich seit März 2023 in Fische und kehrt im September noch einmal kurz zurück. Erst im Februar 2026 verbleibt er dauerhaft in Widder. Die letzten Jahre brachte Fische Sanftheit und spirituelle Vertiefung. Jetzt ruft Widder zu Tatkraft und zur praktischen Umsetzung dieser Erkenntnisse auf. Diese Energie wirkt in den kommenden Monaten.
Gerade in den nächsten Wochen kann es sich so anfühlen, als ob von "höherer Hand" eingegriffen und du neu ausgerichtet wirst. Oder dass andere eingreifen, wenn deine Situation aus dem Ruder läuft. Neptun und Saturn, die nun beide im Widder stehen, bündeln ihre Kräfte, lassen dich die Realität wieder spüren und fordern dich zur Handlung auf. Nicht mehr wegsehen, zuschauen oder etwas beschönigen - sondern handeln, um Veränderung und Verbesserung zu schaffen. In den kommenden Wochen kannst du stark herausgefordert werden, Schritte zu gehen und Weckrufe zu erfahren. Es ist Zeit, loszulassen und deine Frequenz zu erhöhen.
26. Mai: Merkur in Zwillinge (26. Mai - 8. June)
Merkur ist der Planet der Kommunikation, des Denkens und Lernens und Herrscher der Zwillinge. Am 26. Mai wechselt er in das Zeichen Zwillinge. Wenn Merkur in diesem Zeichen steht, funktioniert er mit voller Kraft. Kommunikation, Informationsaustausch, Lernen, Schreiben und Netzwerken können jetzt besser gelingen. Die mentale Energie ist in den kommenden Tagen stark. Verliere dich nicht in deinem Kopf. Bleibe im Fühlen. Und achte darauf, dass du nicht wie ein "Kopf ohne Huhn" vor dich hin plapperst und von einem Thema zum anderen springst. Das kann dich (und dein Umfeld ;) erschöpfen. Einen Tag später bekommt Merkur noch mehr Unterstützung vom Mond. Dann haben wir einen Neumond in Zwillinge. Auch wenn sie nicht sichtbar ist, bereitet sie sich in der Stille und im Dunkeln auf einen neuen Mondzyklus vor. Durch den Einfluss von Merkur wird dieser Neumond besonders kraftvoll.
Der Neumond in Zwillinge kann dir neue Einsichten schenken. Inspiration, etwas Neues zu entdecken oder zu lernen. Er kann dir helfen, dich auszudrücken und deine Geschichte zu teilen.
