Energy This Week
This week the moon is waning. The energy this week feels anything but calm - it's electrically charged. You can almost hear and see the atmosphere vibrate; the energy is that high.
The sun has a massive opening (a coronal hole) that is facing Earth and allowing a great deal of solar wind to pass through. Especially during the first days of the week, solar wind and geomagnetic radiation (Kp-index on SpaceWeather) will be elevated.
This can lead to all kinds of ascension symptoms that feel like detox reactions:
headaches, digestive issues, nausea, dizziness, light-headedness, a hangover-like feeling, heart palpitations, faster heartbeat, fatigue, trouble concentrating, and poor sleep.
Top tips: ground yourself more, drink pure water with electrolytes (e.g., Celtic sea salt), and slow down.
Much of Europe is also warm and dry right now, so adapt to that as best you can.
May 20: Sun enters Gemini (May 20 - June 21)
On May 20, Gemini season begins. The sun will remain in this playful and curious sign until June 21.
This is a time for socializing, exploring, learning new things, and seeking adventure.
The shift from earth (Taurus) to air (Gemini) might make you feel more ungrounded or flighty and draw you more into your head.
You may want to do too many things at once and feel the urge to multitask, take impulsive actions, or make spontaneous purchases.
We are moving toward the summer solstice - the light and solar power are quickly building.
Use this energetic boost and life force, but don't overextend yourself.
It's tempting to keep going when you feel good, but especially in these dynamic times, it's important to regularly unplug and seek stillness - so you can shift out of your head and deeply reconnect with your body and the Earth.
May 25: Saturn begins its journey from Pisces to Aries (May 25 - September 1)
On May 25, Saturn - the planet of rules, structure, hard work, responsibility, and karma - begins its journey toward Aries.
Saturn is a slow-moving planet and stays in the same sign for an extended period.
When such a planet changes signs, it always brings a noticeable shift.
Saturn has been in Pisces since March 7, 2023, and now changes signs for the first time in years.
This initial switch is only temporary - Saturn will briefly return to Pisces in September. It won't settle fully into Aries until February 14, 2026.
This transition - following Neptune's earlier move from Pisces to Aries in March - is the second major marker and gamechanger of 2025.
Collectively, this marks a shift from water to fire energy, which may cause the energy over the coming months to feel more intense and literally warmer.
Water is in constant motion, it purifies and cools. Fire, on the other hand, can smolder quietly or suddenly flare up - it holds the power of both transformation and destruction.
In other words: fire must be handled with care and purpose.
The Pisces energy has softened Saturn in recent years, tuning it into the frequency of love and unity. Some refer to this as Christ Consciousness.
Now, as Saturn moves into Aries, we are being encouraged to take action and make the next move. The lessons of Pisces are meant to be put into practice.
We are being given the chance to anchor this rise in frequency and consciousness - within ourselves and on Earth. The big question is:
What will we do with it? Will we seize this opportunity, or let it pass us by?
Saturn in Aries is a powerful gauge of our level of awareness.
Where do you stand now, and where do you want to be in February 2026 - 2028, when Saturn fully settles into Aries?
This is also a time to manifest your dreams and desires - what do you feel in the deepest parts of your heart and soul?
No more dreaming, escaping, or postponing - now is the time to act.
The Aries energy helps you be present and take action in the moment.
In September, Saturn briefly returns to Pisces and goes retrograde. That will be a perfect time to pause, reflect, and wrap up loose ends.
The lighter and clearer you enter 2026 - when Neptune, Saturn, and Uranus each settle into their new signs - the smoother your path forward and your ability to realize your new beginning.
Lower frequencies (like sadness, anger, etc.) will start to feel heavier and more limiting as the collective energy rises.
They will be harder to escape - especially once Aries gets involved....
"The first half of 2025 is almost over. What has it looked like for you? How do you feel about it in hindsight? What dreams and desires live within you - and what action or practical steps can you take to move toward them in the second half of the year?"

20. Mai: Sonne in Zwillinge (20. Mai - 21. June)

May 20: Sun in Gemini (May 20 - June 21)
On May 20, the Gemini season begins. The sun remains in the playful and curious sign of Gemini through June 21. This is a period of socializing, exploring, learning new things and going on adventures.
The transition from earth (Taurus) to air (Gemini) can make you wobbier and pull more into your head, though. You may also want too much at once and tend to multitask, take impulsive actions and make purchases. We are moving toward the summer solstice, the light and sun power are building rapidly now. Use this boost of energy and life force, but don't run yourself over. It's tempting to just keep going when you're feeling good, but especially in these dynamic times, it's important to regularly switch off and seek stillness. So that you get out of your head and connect deeply with your body and the earth.
May 25: start journey Saturn from Pisces to Aries (May 25 - Sept. 1)
On May 25, Saturn "planet of rules, structure, hard work, responsibility and karma" begins its journey into Aries. Saturn is a planet that is in the same sign for an extended period of time. When such a slow-moving planet changes signs, it always has an impact. Saturn was in Pisces since March 7, 2023. And today it changes sign for the first time in years. This first switch is only for a few months. In September, Saturn returns to Pisces for a while. Not until Feb. 14, 2026, will Saturn remain permanently in Aries.
This shift - after Neptune's transit from Pisces to Aries in March - is the second major marker and gamechanger of 2025. Collectively, it signifies a shift from water to fire energy, which may make the energy feel more intense and literally warmer in the coming months. Water is in constant motion, purifying and cooling, while fire can gently smolder and suddenly flare up and have the power of both transformation and destruction. In other words, with fire we have to be extra careful and in the right way.
The energy of Pisces has softened Saturn in recent years and connected it to the frequency of love and oneness. Some label this with the term Christ Consciousness. As Saturn moves into Aries, we are urged to take action and take the next step. The lessons of Pisces may be put into practice. We are given the opportunity to continue and anchor the increase in frequency and consciousness within ourselves and on earth. The big question is what do we do with this... Do we take this opportunity or do we let it pass us by? Saturn in Aries is a nice gauge of our state of consciousness. Where are we now and where do we want to be in February 2026 - 2028, when Saturn settles permanently in Aries.
This is also a time to put your dreams and desires - what you feel in the depths of your heart and soul - into action. No more dreaming, running away and procrastinating, but doing! The Aries energy helps you to be in the now, to take action in the present moment.
In September, Saturn goes back to Pisces and retrograde for a while. This is a great time to take stock in the interim and deal with loose ends and open issues. The lighter and purer you go into 2026, in which Neptune, Saturn and Uranus settle permanently into their new signs - the smoother you can move through the coming years and realize your new beginnings.
Lower frequencies (such as sadness, anger, etc.) will start to feel heavier and heavier and hinder you more because of the increase in energy. You will find it increasingly difficult to move away from it, especially if Aries starts to interfere....
'The first six months of 2025 are almost over? What did that look like? With what kind of feeling do you look back on it? What dreams and desires live in you? And what action and practical steps may you take for this in the second half of the year?'
