Energy This Week

We begin this week with an intense and transformative full moon in Scorpio on May 12.
We've felt the energy building up for days already, and it will continue to affect us for a few more days. After Monday, we transition into the waning moon phase, where the lunar energy slowly starts to diminish.

In addition, we are dealing with an unstable geomagnetic field, which is fluctuating strongly. The sun is currently active, sending high-frequency plasma clouds toward Earth. We are heading toward the solar maximum, increasing the chance of solar flares and storms. Each solar flare or storm raises both the Earth's frequency and our individual vibration.

Because the Earth's magnetic field is weakening and letting in more radiation, we are becoming more sensitive to cosmic events. This has an impact - especially on our brain, heartbeat, and nervous system. You may feel like your head isn't working properly (trouble focusing, frequent brain fog), your heartbeat may be higher or more irregular, and your nervous system may feel tense. These physiological shifts mean your body needs more time to process everything. Avoid high stress, headaches, and emotional breakdowns by planning regular moments of rest and silence and staying grounded.

May 12: Full Moon in Scorpio

We already discussed this full moon in the previous update. In case you missed it, here's a quick recap:

Scorpio is one of the most intense, sensitive, and powerful signs of the zodiac. Scorpios feel deeply, are highly intuitive, and can survive even in crisis. You can't hide secrets from them - they'll dig until they find the truth. The strength, courage, persistence, and discipline of Scorpio can help you go deeper within yourself - into areas you may have previously avoided or weren't yet ready to explore.

This enables you to take the next step: healing deep wounds, releasing toxic patterns, relationships, fears, or attachments, or realizing a breakthrough that changes everything.

Pluto rules Scorpio. The combination of a full moon in Scorpio and Pluto retrograde can bring about powerful transformative energy that shakes things up and moves people deeply.

Especially around this full moon, you may be more intensely confronted with shadow aspects and deep fears. This full moon, supported by Pluto, acts like a magnifying glass, making sadness, fears, etc., feel much heavier than they really are. Keep that in mind. Don't get caught up in "super-drama mode." Distract yourself, shift your focus, do relaxing activities, and reconnect with nature. Let Mother Earth hold you. Plant your feet firmly on the ground and release everything you wish to let go - tension, unrest, doubt, anger, or sadness.

Pluto's energy is often misunderstood and feared - associated with power, manipulation, control, destruction, and darkness. But Pluto governs our subconscious and shines a light on all that is still hidden. In this upcoming period - especially around the full moon in Scorpio - you may face your shadow sides and deepest fears more directly. Pluto retrograde helps bring the focus inward. It gives enormous opportunities for growth and inner liberation. It also shows that if you use your power and talents with integrity - not for personal gain, dominance, or self-glorification - you have nothing to fear. Dishonest practices may now come to light or begin to unravel.

May 16: Ceres enters Aries

Not much is said yet about the dwarf planet Ceres. She is located between Mars and Jupiter and was discovered in 1801 by Giuseppe Piazzi. For a long time, she was referred to as the eighth planet, named after the Roman goddess of agriculture, fertility, and motherly love. In astrology, Ceres represents motherhood, your upbringing, self-worth, and care (for yourself and others).

Initially classified as a planet, Ceres was later downgraded to an asteroid. In 2006, her status - along with Pluto's - was reviewed again, and both received the classification of "dwarf planet," marking the creation of a new category.

On May 16, Ceres moves into the powerful sign of Aries. This energy supports you in acting more assertively, setting boundaries, choosing yourself, and taking better care of yourself and your loved ones. Children and family members may need more motherly care now. Love is meant to be shared and passed on - but never at the expense of yourself. The best example you can give your children is a parent who is balanced, loves themselves, keeps their heart open, and sets loving boundaries when needed. Some days you'll manage this better than others - and that's okay. You don't need to be perfect. Lower the bar. Being human is enough.

"How are you feeling during/around this full moon in Scorpio? What shadow or pain points are surfacing? And what are you doing to stay grounded and connected to yourself during dynamic times like these?"

Energy this week

We begin this week with an intense and transforming Full Moon in Scorpio on May 12. We felt this full moon coming for days and it will continue for several more days. After Monday we move into the lunar phase waning moon, in which the lunar energy slowly diminishes again.

In addition, we are dealing with an unstable geomagnetic field, which is undulating considerably. The sun is active again at the moment, blowing high-frequency plasma clouds towards the earth. We are heading toward the solar maximum. The probability of strong solar flares and storms is increasing. Each solar flare and storm pushes up the frequency of the earth and our individual vibration.

As the Earth's magnetic field weakens and allows more radiation to pass through, we start to feel cosmic events more. This has an impact. Especially our brain, heart rate and nervous system are affected. You may feel like your head is not working as well (difficulty focusing, concentrating and experiencing brain fog more often), your heart rate may be higher and more irregular and your nervous system may be "tighter. All these physiological changes mean your body needs more time to process everything. Prevent high stress, headaches and emotional breakdowns by scheduling moments of rest and quiet in time and staying connected to the earth.

May 12: full moon in Scorpio

We already wrote about this full moon in the previous update. In case you missed it, we repeat the most important information again.

Scorpio is one of the most intense, sensitive and powerful signs of the zodiac. Scorpio can feel like no other, they are very instinctive and can survive crisis situations. Secrets are not hidden from them, they dig until they know exactly how things are. The Scorpio's strength, courage, incisiveness and discline can help you descend further into yourself - where you were stuck before or what you weren't ready for. So that you can take the next step: healing deep wounds, releasing toxic patterns, relationships, fears or attachments or realizing an all-changing breakthrough.

Pluto is ruler of Scorpio. The coincidence of a full moon in Scorpio during Pluto retrograde can produce a strong transformative energy, which can move and shake many.

Especially around this full moon, you may be even more confronted with your shadow pieces and deepest fears. This full moon, which gets help from Pluto, puts a super magnifying glass on everything, so sadness, fears, etc. can feel much worse than they really are. Keep that in mind. Don't get caught and paralyzed by the "superdrama mode. Find distractions. Take your attention away from it. Go do nice relaxing things and unwind in nature. Let yourself be carried by Mother Earth. Put your feet on the ground and blow out everything you want to let go of.

Pluto's energy is often mistakenly feared and linked to power, manipulation, control, destruction and the dark. Pluto rules our subconscious and shines its light on everything that is still hidden. In the coming period - especially around the Full Moon in Scorpio - you may be more confronted with your shadow pieces and deepest fears. This full moon, which gets help from Pluto, puts a super magnifying glass on everything, which can make sadness, fears, etc. feel much worse than they really are. Tension, restlessness, doubts, anger or sadness.

Pluto retrograde brings the focus inward. This period also lets you feel that when you use your power and talents purely - not for just personal gain, power or personal glorification - you have nothing to fear. Impure practices may come more to light or fall apart now.

May 16: Ceres to Aries

Dwarf planet Ceres is not yet talked about much. It is located between Mars and Jupiter. Ceres was discovered in 1801 by Giuseppe Piazzi and long called the eighth planet, named after the Roman goddess of cultivation, fertility and maternal love. In astrology, Ceres represents motherhood, your upbringing, self-esteem and caring (for yourself and others).

Initially called a planet, Ceres was later decided to be an asteroid. In 2006, its status and that of Pluto were reviewed - resulting in a downgrade for Pluto - and they were both classified as dwarf planets. Thus, a new category had been added.

On May 16, Ceres enters the powerful sign of Aries. This energy helps you act more assertively, set boundaries, choose for yourself and take better care of yourself and your loved ones. Children and family members may need more maternal care now. Love is there to share and pass on, but never at the expense of yourself. The best example for your children is a parent who is balanced, loves him/herself, keeps his/her heart open and sets loving boundaries in time. On some days you will be closer to this than on others. You don't have to be perfect. Throw down the bar. You can just be human. That's enough.

'How are you sitting during/around the full moon in Scorpio? What shadow or pain pieces come to the surface? And what do you do to stay with yourself and connected to the earth during dynamic periods like this?'
