Energy This Week
What an energy. We are being flooded by one wave of energy after another. Many people are feeling the intensity and the rapid shifts (from high vibrations to a sticky heaviness). You may notice that your body is struggling to process all this energy. You may feel extremely tired, irritable, and overstimulated; you may experience more headaches, feel as though you have a cold or the flu almost constantly (with a persistent cough and runny nose), and have digestive issues.
As we have written before, the energy will only intensify and work its way ever deeper into your system. This also explains why more and more people are sensing these energies. Our system is increasingly shifting from "dense" to "open and lighter." In essence, we are all "open-source connections" linked to everything and everyone around us. And as things around us become more intense and turbulent, the message is very clear: take even better care of yourself—both your body and your energy system—slow down, and rest whenever you can.
April is one of the most powerful months of the year. That’s not surprising, given all the Aries energy right now. April is a month of speed, change, new beginnings, and revolution. Since no planets are in retrograde, the energy can flow freely. The energy can become even faster and more unpredictable when Uranus enters Gemini at the end of the month. This amplifies mental acceleration, change, and technological breakthroughs.
Be mindful to conserve your own energy and respect others’ boundaries. This energy can drive you to keep going and going, to push and push, and to seek out the limits. You may feel as though you’re living on the edge, as if you’re constantly pushing yourself right up against the limits of what you’re capable of.
The lunar phases this week: waning moon (until April 16), new moon (April 17), and waxing moon (from April 18).
Aries stellium
Aries energy has been dominant all month long. This week, the Aries stellium (when three or more planets are in the same sign) reaches its peak. The Sun, Chiron, Neptune, Saturn, and Mars were already in Aries. This week, Mercury also moves into Aries, and the new moon in Aries occurs.
This creates a powerful, fiery, and inspiring energy that’s hard to ignore. Aries is all about action, courage, and acting on your first impulse. With so many planets in this sign, the urge to break through barriers, take new steps, and stand up for yourself is amplified even further. It feels as though everything is picking up speed: ideas demand immediate action, and sitting still becomes difficult.
At the same time, this energy calls for mindfulness. The tendency toward impulsiveness, impatience, or hasty decisions is always lurking nearby. Under Chiron’s influence, old wounds related to self-confidence or identity may resurface, precisely so they can be healed. Saturn adds a serious undertone: not every impulse needs to be acted upon, but the choices you do make should be sustainable and well-considered.
April 13: Mars conjunct Neptune
When the planet of action aligns with the planet of imagination and illusion, this can bring both breakthroughs and confusion. This energy asks you to connect with your inner world and other realms, but to keep both feet firmly on the ground. You may bring the energy from "there" to "here." Make your dreams a reality. Ensure good, clear alignment and firm grounding, so that you do not chase illusions or act on the basis of incorrect information. Deception may be lurking. Take extra time before making major decisions.
Ask yourself the following questions: "Do I have a clear understanding of what is really going on?", "Is the information complete and reliable?", and "Am I acting on inspiration, or do I tend to want to run away?"
April 15: Mercury in Aries
After two months in Pisces, Mercury moves into Aries. Whereas communication was previously dreamy, intuitive, and sometimes a little vague, it now becomes more direct, faster, and more purposeful. You say what you think, without beating around the bush. Be careful not to let your words become too sharp, harsh, or aggressive. It is precisely through gentleness and respect that you can achieve your goal. Mercury will join the Mars-Saturn conjunction in a few days. Something may begin to demand your focus and dedication.
April 17: New Moon in Aries
This new moon marks the peak of the Aries stellium. In a few days, the Sun will move into Taurus, but first we reach a powerful turning point. This new moon in Aries feels like a reset: an energetic starting point and the moon for a new beginning.
This is a moment of pure potential. The fiery energy of Aries gives you the courage to start over, to make decisions based on your inner voice, and to set a new course. Everything revolves around action, initiative, and rediscovering your own strength.
At the same time, this new moon is exactly conjunct Chiron. This means that this new beginning is not without its challenges. Old wounds and insecurities related to identity, self-confidence, and the courage to be yourself may be stirred up. It is precisely here that the invitation lies: not to shy away, but to move through it. A new healing cycle of approximately six months begins now. During this period, you are given the opportunity to transform deeply rooted aspects of yourself before Chiron leaves Aries.
You are not only being asked to start something new, but also to consciously let go of what is holding you back. Take charge of your own life—with courage, honesty, and awareness. This is your moment to start over, but this time, closer to who you truly are.
Set intentions that focus on yourself, your path, and your personal strengths. What do you truly want? What do you want to pursue, setting aside the expectations of others? For example, you can set intentions related to: personal renewal, new physical routines or goals, projects that require courage and initiative, claiming your own space, and fully daring to be yourself, without putting on a facade.
April 19: Mars conjunct Saturn
Mars and Saturn together can create some friction. The fiery energy of Aries helps you get moving and break through obstacles, but Saturn simultaneously demands responsibility and discipline. Whatever you start also requires perseverance. Not everything goes smoothly right away, and that is precisely where the lesson lies.
This is a time when ideas come to mind quickly and you feel the urge to act on them. You can communicate clearly, make decisions more quickly, and stand up for yourself more easily. Just be careful not to react too impulsively or overwhelm others with your words.
With both Mars and Mercury in conjunction with Saturn, a tension arises: Mars says "go," Saturn says "wait." You feel the urge to act, but something seems to be holding you back. That can be frustrating, like pressing the accelerator with the handbrake on. Yet this delay is not meant to hold you back, but to refine your course.
This energy urges you to cultivate patience and make thoughtful decisions, rather than forcing things and getting into conflicts out of a desire for authority and power. Take it one step at a time, build something lasting, and trust that everything will happen in its own time.
"If your mind wants to move forward, but your body is asking for rest, do you dare to listen and consciously choose what is truly good for you?"

Energy diese Woche
What an energy surge! We’re being flooded by one wave of energy after another. Many people are feeling the intensity and the rapid shifts (from high vibrations to a heavy, sluggish heaviness). You may feel extremely tired, irritable, overstimulated, have more headaches, feel like you have a cold or the flu almost constantly (persistent coughing and runny nose), and experience digestive issues.
As we have written many times before, the energy will only continue to grow and penetrate deeper and deeper into your system. This also explains why more and more people are sensing these energies. And as things around us become more intense and turbulent, the invitation is very clear: take even better care of yourself—both your body and your energy balance—slow down, and rest whenever possible.
April is one of the most powerful months of the year. This is hardly surprising, given all the Aries energy in the air right now. April is a month of speed, change, new beginnings, and revolution. This week's moon phases: waning moon (through April 16), new moon (April 17), and waxing moon (starting April 18).
Aries Stellium
That Aries energy has been dominating the entire month of April. This week, the Aries stellium (when three or more planets are in the same sign) reaches its peak. The Sun, Chiron, Neptune, Saturn, and Mars were already in Aries. This week, Mercury also moves into Aries, and the new moon occurs in Aries.
This creates a powerful, fiery, and inspiring energy that’s hard to ignore. Aries is all about action, courage, and following your first impulse. With so many planets in this sign, the urge to cut through the red tape, take new steps, and stand up for yourself is amplified even further. It feels as though everything is picking up speed: ideas demand immediate action, and sitting still becomes difficult.
At the same time, this energy calls for mindfulness. The tendency toward impulsiveness, impatience, or hasty decisions lurks nearby. Saturn adds a serious undertone: not every impulse needs to be acted upon, but whatever you decide should be sustainable and well-considered.
April 13: Mars Conjunction Neptune
When the planet of action meets the planet of imagination and illusions, it can bring both breakthroughs and confusion. This energy invites you to connect with your inner world and other realms, but keep both feet firmly on the ground. You are allowed to bring the energy from “there” to “here.” Make your dreams come true. Ensure good, clear alignment and solid grounding so that you don’t chase illusions or act on false information. Deception may be lurking. Take extra time before making major decisions.
Ask yourself the following questions: "Do I clearly see what is really going on?", "Is the information complete and reliable?", and "Am I acting out of inspiration, or do I have a tendency to want to run away?"
April 15: Mercury in Aries
After two months in Pisces, Mercury moves into Aries. Whereas communication was previously dreamy, intuitive, and sometimes a bit vague, it will now become more direct, faster, and more focused. You’ll say what you think without beating around the bush. Avoid letting your words become too sharp, harsh, or masculine. It is precisely through gentleness and respect that you can achieve your goal. In a few days, Mercury will join the Mars-Saturn conjunction. Something may begin to demand your focus and dedication.
April 17: New Moon in Aries
This new moon marks the peak of the Aries stellium. In a few days, the Sun will move into Taurus, but first we’re reaching a powerful turning point. This new moon in Aries feels like a reset: an energetic fresh start and the moon signaling a new beginning.
This is a moment of pure potential. The fiery energy of Aries gives you the courage to start fresh, make decisions based on your own instincts, and set a new course. It’s all about action, initiative, and rediscovering your own strength.
At the same time, this new moon is in exact conjunction with Chiron. This means that this new beginning will not come without its challenges. Old wounds and insecurities surrounding identity, self-confidence, and the courage to be yourself may be stirred up. That is precisely where the invitation lies: not to shy away, but to move through it. A new healing cycle of about six months begins now. During this time, you will have the opportunity to transform deeply rooted issues before Chiron leaves Aries.
You are not only being asked to start something new, but also to consciously let go of whatever is holding you back. Take control of your own life—with courage, honesty, and awareness. This is your moment to start anew, but this time, closer to who you truly are.
Set intentions that focus on yourself, your direction, and your personal strength. What do you really want? What do you want to stand up for, regardless of others’ expectations? For example, you can set intentions around: personal renewal, new physical routines or goals, projects that require courage and initiative, claiming your own space, and fully daring to be yourself, without masks.
April 19: Mars Conjunction Saturn
Mars and Saturn together can create some friction. Aries’ fiery energy helps you get moving and cut through obstacles, but Saturn demands responsibility and discipline at the same time. Whatever you start will require perseverance. Not everything will go smoothly right away, and that is precisely the lesson.
This is a time when ideas come quickly and need to be put into action. You can communicate clearly, make decisions more quickly, and stand up for yourself more easily. Be careful, however, not to react too impulsively or to overwhelm others with your words.
With both Mars and Mercury in conjunction with Saturn, a tension arises: Mars says "go," Saturn says "wait." You feel the urge to act, but something seems to be holding you back. This can be frustrating, as if you were stepping on the gas with the handbrake on. But this delay isn’t meant to stop you—it’s meant to help you refine your course.
This energy calls on you to cultivate patience and make well-considered decisions, rather than forcing things or entering into conflicts from a position of authority and power. Take it step by step, build something lasting, and trust the timing.

Energy this week
What an energy surge. We’re being swept away by one wave of energy after another. Many people are feeling the intensity and the rapid shifts (from high vibes to a heavy, sluggish feeling). You may notice that your body is struggling to process all this energy. You might feel extremely tired, irritable, overstimulated, have more headaches, feel like you have a cold or the flu almost constantly (constantly coughing and sniffling), and experience digestive issues.
As we’ve mentioned before, the energy will only continue to intensify and work ever more deeply within your system. This also explains why more and more people are sensing these energies. Our system is increasingly transforming from “dense” to “open and lighter.” Essentially, we are all “open-source connections” that are connected to everything and everyone around us. Since no planets are in retrograde, the energy can flow unimpeded. The energy may become even faster and more unpredictable when Uranus enters Gemini at the end of the month. This amplifies mental acceleration, change, and technological breakthroughs.
Be sure to keep an eye on your own energy and respect other people’s boundaries. This energy can cause you to get carried away, push too hard, and test those boundaries. You may start to feel likeyou’re living on the edge, as if you’re constantly pushing yourself to the very limits of what you’re capable of.
This week's moon phases: waning moon (through April 16), new moon (April 17), and waxing moon (starting April 18).
Aries stellium
Aries energy has been dominating the entire month of April. This week, the Aries stellium (when three or more planets are in the same sign) reaches its peak. The Sun, Chiron, Neptune, Saturn, and Mars were already in Aries. This week, Mercury also moves into Aries, and the new moon occurs in Aries.
This creates a powerful, fiery, and driving energy that’s almost impossible to ignore. Aries is all about action, courage, and following your first impulse. With so many planets in this sign, the urge to make decisions, take new steps, and stand up for yourself is amplified. It feels as though everything is picking up speed: ideas demand immediate action, and sitting still becomes difficult.

Under Chiron’s influence, old wounds related to self-confidence or identity may surface, precisely so they can be healed. Saturn adds a serious undertone to this: not every impulse needs to be acted upon, but whatever you do choose should be sustainable and well-considered.
April 13: Mars conjunct Neptune
When the planet of action aligns with the planet of imagination and illusions, it can bring both breakthroughs and confusion. This energy asks you to connect with your inner world and other realms, but to keep both feet firmly on the ground. You can bring the energy from “there” to “here.” Make your dreams come true. Ensure you are well-aligned and firmly grounded, so you don’t chase illusions or act on misinformation. Deception may be lurking. Take extra time before making major decisions.
Ask yourself the following questions:“Do I have a clear understanding of what’s really going on?”, “Is the information complete and reliable?”, and “Am I taking action out of inspiration, or do I feel the urge to run away?”
April 15: Mercury in Aries
After spending two months in Pisces, Mercury moves into Aries. Whereas communication may have been dreamy, intuitive, and sometimes a bit vague before, it now becomes more direct, faster, and more focused. You say what you think, without beating around the bush. Avoid letting your words become too sharp, harsh, or aggressive. It is precisely through gentleness and respect that you can achieve your goal. In a few days, Mercury will join the Mars–Saturn conjunction. Something may demand your focus and dedication.
April 17: New Moon in Aries
This new moon marks the peak of the Aries stellium. In a few days, the sun will move into Taurus, but first we’ll reach a powerful turning point. This new moon in Aries feels like a reset: an energetic fresh start and the perfect moon for a new beginning.
This is a moment of pure potential. The fiery energy of Aries gives you the courage to start over, make choices that come from within, and set a new course. It’s all about taking action, showing initiative, and rediscovering your own strength.
At the same time, this new moon is in exact conjunction with Chiron. This means that this new beginning will not come without its challenges. Old wounds and insecurities surrounding identity, self-confidence, and daring to be yourself may be stirred up. That is precisely where the invitation lies: not to shy away, but to move through it. A new healing cycle of about six months begins now. During this period, you’ll have the chance to transform deeply rooted issues before Chiron leaves Aries.
You are not only being asked to start something new, but also to consciously let go of the old things that are holding you back. Take charge of your own life—with courage, honesty, and awareness. This is your moment to start over, but this time closer to who you truly are.

For example, you could set intentions related to: personal renewal, new physical routines or goals, projects that require courage and initiative, claiming your own space, and daring to be fully yourself, without masks.
April 19: Mars conjunct Saturn
Mars and Saturn together can cause some friction. The fiery energy of Aries helps you get moving and make decisions, but Saturn simultaneously demands responsibility and discipline. Whatever you start will also require perseverance. Not everything goes smoothly right away, and that’s precisely where the lesson lies.
This is a time when ideas come quickly and you’re eager to put them into action. You’ll be able to communicate clearly, make decisions more quickly, and stand up for yourself more easily. Just be careful not to react too impulsively or overwhelm others with your words.
With both Mars and Mercury in conjunction with Saturn, a tension arises: Mars says “go,” Saturn says “wait.” You feel the urge to act, but something seems to be holding you back. This can be frustrating, as if you’re stepping on the gas with the handbrake on. Yet this delay isn’t meant to stop you, but to help you refine your course.
This energy calls on you to cultivate patience and make thoughtful choices, rather than forcing things or engaging in conflict based on authority and power. Take it step by step, build something lasting, and trust the timing.
