Energy This Week

Spring has arrived, marking the true beginning of the year. This renewed, fresh energy is palpable. The first buds are visible, blossoms are appearing on the trees, and more and more animals are coming out of hibernation.

In recent weeks, the energy has felt heavy and sluggish, partly because Mercury—the planet of communication, thinking, and learning—was in retrograde. Since March 20, it has been moving direct again, but you should still expect some delays and misunderstandings during its shadow period in the coming weeks. You can compare this to startup issues after a period of inactivity. It always takes some time for a planet to return to its normal speed after a retrograde period. Because Mercury is closest to Earth, we feel its retrograde motion more strongly.

Another factor we may still need to consider around the equinox is increased geomagnetic activity (solar storms), because during this period there are often more gaps in the Earth’s magnetic field. You may experience symptoms such as restlessness, instability, headaches, heart palpitations, and sleep problems.

In addition, it is the season of fiery, initiative-driven Aries, highlighted by a powerful Sun-Saturn conjunction in Aries on March 25. There is even more positivity: Jupiter is already in Cancer, and on March 30, Venus enters her home sign, Taurus. These energies bring a wave of happiness, gentleness, love, and a sense of coming home. And last but not least: until May 6, no planets are retrograde. So the Aries energy that wants to flow fully is given plenty of space. This week, the Sun, Venus, Chiron, Neptune, and Saturn are in Aries. In April, Mars and Mercury will join as well, and of course we will also have a new moon in Aries on April 17.

In short, do you want to launch a project or start something new? The coming weeks are perfect for renewal, change, and creation—and for moving forward and finishing up your work. It’s gooo time!

March 25: Sun-Saturn conjunction
Around March 25, a powerful energetic portal opens: the Sun and Saturn meet in Aries. This is not a soft whisper, but a clear, warm invitation to stand up and choose a direction.

While the past few weeks may have felt like a period of reflection and exhaustion, a new momentum is now beginning to take hold. The stellium in Aries reignites your inner fire. There is room once again for action, for bold steps, and for rediscovering your life force. You feel that it is time to stop feeling stuck and move forward—consciously, with focus, and with intention.

The conjunction between the Sun and Saturn holds a special wisdom. The Sun reminds you of who you truly are. Your strength, your light, and your unique path. Saturn brings structure to this. It asks you to take responsibility, to respect boundaries, and to ground your deepest desires and dreams in reality. Together, they create an energy that is both fiery, steady, and grounded.

This is a moment to embrace your inner leader. Not just to dream, but also to build. To align your instincts (Aries) with dedication and discipline (Saturn). What do you truly want to create for the long term? What foundations can you lay now?

Since February 2026, Saturn has been moving through Aries, marking the beginning of a period of fiery transformation. Old patterns are being challenged, and new paths require courage.

The universe invites you to make thoughtful decisions about your path and to take charge of your life.

The energy of this week will support you if you are willing to stay focused, embrace change, and show resilience. Don’t let the intensity and possible geomagnetic turbulence discourage you; instead, see it as fuel. Your ideas are valuable and deserve to take shape.

“What is waiting to be born within you? Which spark wants to grow into a flame, visible and tangible in your life? Which ideas have been whispering in the background for a while, waiting for you to take them seriously? Which plans want not only to be felt, but also to be lived and firmly established in the world?”

Energy diese Woche

Spring has begun, and with it, the true start of the year. You can feel this renewed, fresh energy. The first buds are appearing, the trees are in bloom, and more and more animals are coming out of hibernation.

In recent weeks, the energy has felt heavy and sluggish, partly because Mercury—the planet of communication, thought, and learning—was in retrograde. It has been direct again since March 20, but you should still expect delays and misunderstandings in the coming weeks during its shadow phase. This can be compared to teething problems after a period of inactivity. It always takes a while for a planet to return to its normal speed after a retrograde phase. Since Mercury is closest to Earth, we feel its retrograde motion more strongly.

Another thing we can expect around the equinox is increased geomagnetic activity (solar storms), as there are often more disruptions in the Earth’s magnetic field during this time. You may notice this through feelings of restlessness, instability, headaches, heart palpitations, and sleep problems.

It’s also the season of fiery, proactive Aries, culminating in a powerful Sun-Saturn conjunction in Aries on March 25. There’s more good news: Jupiter is already in Cancer, and on March 30, Venus enters its home sign of Taurus. These energies bring a wave of happiness, gentleness, love, and a sense of coming home. And last but not least: no planets are retrograde until May 6. So the Aries energy, which wants to flow freely, has plenty of room to do so. This week, the Sun, Venus, Chiron, Neptune, and Saturn are in Aries. In April, Mars and Mercury will join them, and of course, there’s also a new moon in Aries on April 17.

In short: Want to start a project or try something new? The coming weeks are perfect for renewal, change, creativity, and staying on track to finish your work. It’s gooo time!

While the past few weeks may have felt like a time of reflection and weariness, a new energy is now beginning to take shape. The stellium in Aries is reigniting your inner fire. Space is opening up for action, for bold steps, and for rediscovering your vitality. You sense that it is time to stop standing still and start moving forward—mindfully, with focus, and with intention.

This conjunction between the Sun and Saturn holds a special wisdom. The Sun reminds you of who you truly are at your core: your strength, your light, and your unique path. Saturn brings structure to the mix. It calls on you to take responsibility, respect boundaries, and anchor your deepest desires and dreams in reality. Together, they create an energy that is at once fiery, steadfast, and grounded.

This is a moment to embrace your inner leader. Not just to dream, but to build. To combine your instincts (Aries) with dedication and discipline (Saturn). What do you truly want to create in the long term? What foundations can be laid now?

The universe invites you to make mature decisions about your path and take responsibility for your life.
