Energy This Week
The final days of 2025 are quietly ticking by. This week, we welcome the energy of 2026. The transition from old to new feels lighter, clearer, and more fluid this year. The energy seems to move more easily, with a gentler, lighter step.
December can often feel like a heavy blanket, with a thick and sluggish quality, but this time it feels different. As if we have truly stepped into a new energetic era and have already been immersed in this energy for several weeks.
Capricorn energy currently reigns. This energy can push or pull you through something, which can be experienced in two ways.
- As challenging and anxiety-provoking, because escaping, avoiding, or returning to the old no longer works.
- Or as liberating and sparkling, because there is finally movement and inspiration.
Do you have the courage to listen to your heart and soul? To break free. And to let go deeply. So you can soften into surrender and trust. We are being guided back to our essence: purity, simplicity, true soul connections, and the sacred bond with the Earth and the cosmos. Everything is one, interconnected within one vast field of consciousness.
Many people are also experiencing a sense of restlessness, impatience, and pulsating energy in the body that can no longer be ignored. There may be pressure in the chest and airways as the heart chakra grows stronger, expands, and picks up more signals. The heart feels and knows what the mind cannot yet understand or contain. As we wrote before: 2025 was the great transition and bridge year into a new era, and your body is preparing for it.
The lunar phases this week: waxing Moon (until January 2), full Moon (January 3), and waning Moon (January 4).
January 1: Mercury in Capricorn
On December 24, Venus entered Capricorn. The Sun and Mars were already present in this powerful earth sign. On January 1, the Capricorn stellium becomes even stronger as Mercury also moves into Capricorn. The universe is clearly emphasizing a theme.
With Mercury in Capricorn, the tone of our thoughts, conversations, and decisions changes. Mercury governs communication, planning, and mental processes. In Capricorn, he wants to look ahead — more serious, realistic, and responsible. This is not the energy of loose ideas or impulsive words, but of structure, focus, and long-term thinking. What you say, you mean. What you plan, you intend to follow through and complete.
We are invited to take an honest look at our goals for the new year. Which plans are realistic? Where are you taking responsibility? And where is it time to stop postponing? Conversations may feel more serious, but also more constructive and grounded. This is an excellent period to make agreements, take decisions, and formulate your intentions clearly. Mercury supports this by organising your thoughts and giving weight to your words. What you express now can form the foundation for the months ahead.
Be mindful not to let your communication or thinking become too heavy or overly serious, pulling you too far into analytical overthinking. Your mind needs your heart to make grounded and inspired decisions. Mercury is also the free thinker, who enjoys flowing with the energy — carried by insight and ease.
January 3: Full Moon in Cancer
After all the Capricorn energy — masculine energy — the full Moon in Cancer on January 3 brings a wave of soft, feminine energy. Capricorn and Cancer are opposites in the zodiac, standing directly opposite each other. Cancer represents emotional safety, nurturing, and home (feminine and water), while Capricorn represents ambition, structure, and responsibility (masculine and earth).
This opposition can create tension between feeling and thinking, between being and doing. This cosmic interplay reminds us that true strength is not only found in perseverance, but also in allowing, nurturing, and slowing down. You may feel a struggle between head and heart. Or you may experience how this full Moon allows these opposites — and the masculine and feminine energies within each of us — to work together. They can complement one another perfectly. True balance arises when masculine and feminine energies within ourselves are in harmony.
Sensitive Cancer teaches grounded Capricorn to express emotions, while responsible Capricorn offers Cancer stability and a sense of safety. In this way, a strong and harmonious inner relationship emerges, combining depth with practical earthly strength.
A full Moon in Cancer always touches deep layers of the heart. This is the sign of home, memories, family bonds, and emotional safety. Under this moonlight, old feelings may surface. Longings for comfort, the need to retreat, or the realization of where you have neglected yourself for too long. See this not as weakness, but as an invitation to reconnect with your inner foundation. What do you need to feel safe, supported, and seen?
This full moon brings softness and helps you shift from control into trust. Space opens to acknowledge that some structures and patterns have completed their cycle. Not everything needs fixing or continuing; some things are meant to gently soften or be released.
It is remarkable that 2026 both begins and ends with a full Moon in Cancer — even a supermoon in December 2026. This sets a clear tone from the start. We are collectively invited to turn inward, towards feeling, intuition, and softness, so we can restore balance and reconnect with nature.
On a spiritual level, this full Moon is beautiful for moments of self-care, forgiveness, and healing old family themes. Think of small rituals with water, journaling, silence, or simply being present in the moonlight.
This Moon asks nothing of you and speaks through feeling, images, and memories. She reminds you that vulnerability is not weakness, but strength. And that you do not need to harden yourself to stand strong. Sometimes the bravest thing you can do is simply to come home to yourself again.
Beautiful reflection questions for the final days of 2025 and the first full Moon of 2026: “Where can I be gentler with myself? What does home mean to me at this moment? And where — and with whom — do I truly feel at home?”
We wish you a beautiful turn of the year and the most loving and heartfelt wishes for the year ahead.

Energy diese Woche
The last days of 2025 are slowly passing by. This week, we welcome the energy of 2026. The transition from the old to the new feels easier, clearer, and more fluid this year. The energy seems to move more effortlessly, with a gentler step.
December can often feel like a heavy blanket, with a thick and dense energy, but this time it's different. It's as if we have actually already entered a new energetic age and have been there for several weeks now.
Capricorn energy currently reigns supreme. This energy can push or pull you through something — which can manifest in two ways.
- Challenging and anxiety-inducing, because escape, repression, or a return to the old ways no longer work.
- Or as liberating and sparkling, because movement and inspiration finally arise.
Do you have the courage to listen to your heart and soul? To break free. And let go deeply. To sink into devotion and trust. We are increasingly being led back to our essence: purity, simplicity, true soul connections, and the sacred connection with the earth and the cosmos. Everything is one, interconnected in a vast field of consciousness.
Many also feel a kind of inner restlessness, impatience, and pulsating energy in their bodies that can no longer be ignored. They also feel pressure in their chest and respiratory tract as the heart chakra becomes stronger, expands, and picks up more signals. The heart feels and knows what the mind is still far from being able to comprehend or grasp. As we have already written: 2025 was the great year of transition and bridge to a new era, and your body is preparing for it.
This week's moon phases: waxing moon (until January 2), full moon (January 3), and waning moon (January 4).

Conversations may seem more serious, but at the same time they can be more constructive and grounded. This is an excellent time to make agreements, take decisions, and clearly formulate your intentions. Mercury helps you organize your thoughts and give weight to your words. What you say now can form the basis for the coming months.
However, make sure that your thoughts and communication do not become too heavy or too serious and that you do not lose yourself too much in analytical thinking. Your head needs your heart to make well-founded and inspired decisions. After all, Mercury is also the free thinker who loves to flow with energy — carried by insight and lightness.
January 3: Full moon in Cancer
After all the Capricorn energy — masculine energy — the full moon in Cancer on January 3 brings a wave of gentle, feminine energy. Capricorn and Cancer are opposites in the zodiac and are directly opposite each other. Cancer stands for emotional security, care, and home (feminine and water), while Capricorn stands for ambition, structure, and responsibility (masculine and earth).
This opposition can create tension between feeling and thinking, as well as between being and doing. True balance arises when the masculine and feminine energies within us are in equilibrium.
The sensitive Cancer teaches the sober Capricorn to express emotions, while the responsible Capricorn gives Cancer stability and a sense of security. This creates a stable and harmonious inner connection with depth and practical grounding power.

What is special is that 2026 both begins and ends with a full moon in Cancer — even with a supermoon in December 2026. This sets a clear tone right from the start. We are collectively invited to turn more inward, toward feeling, intuition, and gentleness, in order to restore our balance and connection to nature.
On a spiritual level, this full moon is wonderful for moments of self-care, forgiveness, and healing old family issues. Think of small rituals with water, journaling, silence, or simply being mindful in the moonlight.

Beautiful questions to reflect on for the last days of 2025 and the first full moon of 2026: "Where can I be gentler with myself? What does home mean to me right now? And where — and with whom — do I truly feel at home?"
A wonderful New Year's Eve and our warmest and most heartfelt wishes for the new year!
