Energy This Week

We’ve just come through an intense and fiery full moon in Aries. Its energy is still reverberating. Over the past week, you may have experienced the following symptoms more than usual: headaches, ruminating thoughts, a feeling of fullness in the head, pressure on your eyes, anger, frustration, a sense of urgency, restlessness, a higher heart rate, increased body heat, and restless dreams.

The Aries energy was strongly felt last week, when the Moon was also in this fire sign. There is still an Aries stellium: Saturn, Neptune, and Chiron are in Aries. Although Chiron is not considered a planet but an asteroid, they still form a basic stellium of three celestial bodies. The foundation of Aries energy in these three celestial bodies remains solid.

This week, Mars changes signs and also enters a fire sign. Mercury moves into Scorpio, and Venus goes retrograde in Scorpio. This creates a conflicting energy between fire (action, decisiveness, and willpower) and water (feelings, waiting, and turning inward).

Venus and Mercury in Scorpio—which in a few weeks will both be retrograde together in this water sign—bring an intense, profound energy. Everything that has been bottled up and suppressed can be voiced in relationships, friendships, and other connections—raw and unfiltered. This can create a sense of “all or nothing.”

Currently, many planets are already in retrograde:

  • Saturn in Aries (until December 10, 2026)
  • Uranus in Gemini (until February 8, 2027)
  • Neptune in Aries (until December 12, 2026)
  • Pluto in Aquarius (until October 16, 2026)
  • Chiron in Aries (until January 6, 2027)

On October 24, Mercury will also join the list of retrograde planets, but by then Pluto will have resumed its direct motion.

We are entering a challenging period of reflection and contemplation, during which you will have the opportunity to let go of many things and start doing things differently.

Lunar phase: waning moon.

September 28: Mars in Leo

The full moon in Aries could help you sense where you have the freedom to make your own choices and where old insecurities or vulnerabilities are being stirred up. Two days later, Mars moves from Cancer into Leo, and that energy receives a fiery, powerful boost.

Because while Mars in Cancer might make you feel more tired than usual, Mars in Leo wants to move forward. This combination is full of zest for life and dynamism: it is ready and bursting with energy.

Mars in Leo invites you to take up space, express yourself, and follow your heart. You may rediscover what inspires you, where you find your energy, and what you truly want. This is an energy of creativity, passion, courage, playfulness, and self-expression.

At the same time, a clear conflict between fire and water can be felt. While water invites you to feel, slow down, and protect yourself, fire urges you to move forward, create, and step outward. It can therefore feel as though one part of you wants to retreat, while another part wants to live life to the fullest. The key is not to ignore your feelings, but to incorporate them into your actions.

While the full moon showed you where you no longer want to lose yourself, Mars in Leo then gives you the courage to be your true self.

Dare to shine. Dare to create. Dare to choose what makes you happy—not to be seen or approved of, but because it feels right deep down inside.

The downside of Mars in Leo is that your ego can be easily hurt when you don't feel seen, appreciated, or recognized. This can trigger perfectionism and drama, because the proud Leo loves to make a good impression and be "number one" in everything it does.

So don’t use this energy to prove something—you’re more likely to overdo it right now—but rather to express what truly lives within you. First, feel what’s stirring inside you, and then channel that energy into movement, creativity, entrepreneurship, or something else that makes your heart glow.

Life isn't a competition; it simply wants to be experienced and lived deeply, with an open heart and a free soul. And you can be and embody who you are. Then fewer and fewer words and status are needed, because you shine from within.

September 30: Mercury in Scorpio

Venus is already moving through Scorpio, and in a few days, Venus will go retrograde. Mercury is now joining it, making the energy of Scorpio even more strongly felt in the days ahead.

Venus and Mercury retrograde in Scorpio bring an intense, profound energy in which old feelings, relationships, and unspoken issues can resurface. It is a period of reflection and honest introspection: what still feels genuine, what can be let go of, and what is calling for deeper exploration?

Mercury in Scorpio has no patience for superficiality, small talk, or making things seem more beautiful than they are. Feelings want to be felt fully, lived through, and expressed without a filter. The deepest feelings can come to the surface—both within yourself and in another person. It’s as if a volcano erupts and you’re overwhelmed by it.

So don’t use this energy to immediately force answers or clarity. Give yourself the space to feel, to observe, and to be honest about what truly lives within you. Old feelings that resurface don’t necessarily have to be relived; sometimes they return so that you can finally see them in a different light and let them go. And whatever deepens within you, you can give it more attention and awareness.

Fortunately, the Sun in Libra brings some softening and a sense of connection. We long for harmony and may make an extra effort to keep the peace. At the same time, jealousy, insecurity, or the need to hold on to something or someone can be felt more strongly. It is precisely then that it helps not to react out of fear, but to ask yourself: What do I truly need to feel safe, free, and connected?

This period invites you not to turn away from what you feel, but to move lovingly toward it. There, beneath the surface, often lies precisely what wants to be seen, healed, or chosen anew.

October 3: Venus Retrograde in Scorpio

On October 3, Venus goes retrograde in Scorpio, and on November 14, the planet of love and beauty turns direct again in Libra. We mentioned earlier that when Venus and Mercury are together in Scorpio, they bring intensity. Now that Venus is going retrograde, an extra layer of depth and reflection is added.

While Mercury invites you to take an honest look at what lies within you, Venus focuses more on love, relationships, desire, and your self-worth.

Venus in retrograde can make you pause and reflect on the way you love and what you need to truly feel connected. What do you long for? Where might you be compromising too much? And where are you holding on to something because letting go feels daunting or painful? As a Scorpio, you don’t easily settle for something that’s only beautiful on the surface. You want to feel what’s real.

Venus is also associated with the underworld and the theme of transformation. In Greek mythology, Aphrodite was linked to Persephone’s journey to the underworld. That descent can be seen as a symbolic journey into the hidden realm, where one sheds old layers and undergoes change in order to ultimately emerge transformed.

This Venus retrograde can therefore encourage you to be honest about what your heart truly desires. Not to make an immediate decision or commit to something, but to make room for what truly suits you. Sometimes love deepens, sometimes its form changes, and sometimes you discover that you can learn to love yourself in a new way.

"What would you like to say in your relationship or friendship but keep holding back? How is your relationship with yourself? And which feelings and desires aren't allowed to exist?"

Energy This Week

We’ve just come through an intense and fiery full moon in Aries. Its energy is still lingering. Over the past week, you may have experienced the following symptoms more than usual: headaches, ruminative thoughts, a foggy mind, pressure on your eyes, anger, frustration, a feeling of being rushed, restlessness, an increased heart rate, more internal heat, and restless dreams.

That Aries energy was very much present last week, when the Moon was also in this fire sign. There is still an Aries stellium: Saturn, Neptune, and Chiron are in Aries. Although Chiron is not considered a planet but an asteroid, they still form a basic stellium of three celestial bodies. The foundation of Aries energy in these three celestial bodies still stands firm, like a house.

This week, Mars changes signs and also enters a fire sign. Mercury enters Scorpio, and Venus goes retrograde in Scorpio. This creates a conflict-filled energy between fire (action, drive, and willpower) and water (feelings, waiting, and introspection).

Venus and Mercury in Scorpio—which will also be in retrograde together in this water sign in a few weeks—bring an intense, profound energy. Everything that has been bottled up and suppressed can now be expressed in relationships, friendships, and other connections—raw and unfiltered. This can feel like an “all or nothing” situation.

Right now, many planets are already in retrograde:

  • Saturn in Aries (through December 10, 2026)
  • Uranus in Gemini (through February 8, 2027)
  • Neptune in Aries (through December 12, 2026)
  • Pluto in Aquarius (through October 16, 2026)
  • Chiron in Aries (through January 6, 2027)

On October 24, Mercury will also join the retrograde planets, but by then Pluto will be moving direct again.

We are entering a challenging period of reflection and introspection, during which you will have the opportunity to let go of many things and approach them differently.

Lunar phase: waning moon.

September 28: Mars in Leo

The full moon in Aries may have helped you realize where you have the freedom to make choices for yourself—and where old insecurities or vulnerabilities are being stirred up. Two days later, Mars moves from Cancer into Leo, and that energy takes on a fiery, powerful momentum.

While Mars in Cancer might have made you feel more tired than usual, Mars in Leo wants to move forward. This combination is full of joie de vivre and dynamism: it’s full of zest and bursting with energy.

Mars in Leo invites you to take up space, show yourself, and follow your heart. You’re allowed to reconnect with what inspires you, what gives you energy, and what you truly want. This is an energy of creativity, passion, courage, playfulness, and self-expression.

At the same time, you may sense a clear conflict between fire and water. While water invites you to feel, slow down, and protect yourself, fire wants to let loose, create, and express itself outwardly. It may therefore feel as though one part of you wants to withdraw, while another part wants to live life to the fullest. The trick is not to ignore your feelings, but to incorporate them into your actions.

Where the full moon showed you the place you no longer want to leave behind, Mars in Leo then gives you the courage to be completely yourself.

Dare to shine. Dare to create. Dare to choose what makes you happy. Not to be seen or approved of, but because it feels right from the inside out.

The downside of Mars in Leo is that your ego can be hurt more easily if you don't feel seen, valued, or recognized. This can trigger perfectionism and drama, because the proud Leo loves to make a good impression and be "number one" in everything he does.

So don’t use this energy to prove something—you might overshoot the mark now—but rather to express what truly lives within you. First, feel what’s going on inside you, and then channel that energy into action, creativity, entrepreneurship, or anything else that sets your heart ablaze.

Life isn't a competition; it simply wants to be experienced and lived to the fullest, with an open heart and a free spirit. And you are free to be and embody who you are. Then fewer and fewer words and status updates will be needed, because you'll be radiant from within.

September 30: Mercury in Scorpio

Venus is already moving through Scorpio, and in a few days, Venus will go retrograde. Mercury is now joining it, which will make Scorpio's energy even more noticeable in the coming days.

Venus and Mercury retrograde in Scorpio bring an intense, profound energy during which old feelings, relationships, and unspoken issues may resurface. It is a period of reflection and honest self-examination: What still feels genuine, what can be let go of, and what currently calls for deeper exploration?

Mercury in Scorpio has no patience for superficiality, small talk, or sugarcoating things. Emotions need to be fully felt, lived through, and expressed without filters. The deepest emotions can come to the surface—both in yourself and in others. It’s as if a volcano were erupting and you were being overwhelmed by it.

So don’t use this energy to force immediate answers or clarity. Give yourself the space to feel, observe, and be honest about what’s truly going on inside you. Old feelings that resurface don’t automatically have to be relived; sometimes they return so that you can finally view them differently and let them go. And whatever becomes more profound, you can give it more attention and awareness right now.

Fortunately, the Sun in Libra brings some relief and a sense of connection. We long for harmony and may be particularly eager to maintain peace. At the same time, jealousy, insecurity, or the need to hold on to something or someone may be more pronounced. Especially then, it helps not to react out of fear, but to ask yourself: What do I really need to feel safe, free, and connected?

This period invites you not to distance yourself from what you’re feeling, but to move toward it with love. There, beneath the surface, often lies exactly what needs to be seen, healed, or chosen anew.

October 3: Venus retrograde in Scorpio

On October 3, Venus turns retrograde in Scorpio, and on November 14, the planet of love and beauty turns direct again in Libra. We’ve written before that Venus and Mercury together in Scorpio bring intensity. Now that Venus is turning retrograde, an additional layer of depth and reflection is added.

While Mercury invites you to take an honest look at what lives within you, Venus focuses more on love, relationships, desire, and your self-worth.

Venus in retrograde can make you pause and reflect on the way you love and what you need to feel truly connected. What do you long for? Where might you be conforming too much? And where are you holding on to something because letting go feels unsettling or painful? Scorpio means you don’t easily settle for something that only looks beautiful on the surface. You want to feel what’s real.

Venus is also associated with the underworld and the theme of transformation. In Greek mythology, Aphrodite was linked to Persephone’s journey into the underworld. This descent can be seen as a symbolic journey into the hidden realm, where one sheds old layers and undergoes a transformation, ultimately reemerging as a different person.

This Venus retrograde can therefore invite you to be honest about what your heart truly desires. Not to make an immediate decision or commit to anything, but to create space for what truly suits you. Sometimes love deepens, sometimes it takes on a different form, and sometimes you discover that you can learn to love yourself in a new way.

"What would you like to say in your relationship or friendship, but keep holding back? What is your relationship with yourself like? And what feelings and desires aren't allowed to exist?"

Energy this week

We’ve just come through an intense and fiery full moon in Aries. Its energy is still lingering. Over the past week, you may have experienced the following symptoms more than usual: headaches, worrying thoughts, a foggy mind, pressure on your eyes, anger, frustration, feeling rushed, restlessness, a faster heart rate, increased body heat, and restless dreams.

Aries energy was strongly present last week, when the Moon was also in this fire sign. There is still an Aries stellium now: Saturn, Neptune, and Chiron are in Aries. Although Chiron is not considered a planet but an asteroid, they still form a basic stellium of three celestial bodies. The foundation of the Aries energy in these three celestial bodies remains rock-solid.

This week, Mars changes signs and enters a fire sign. Mercury moves into Scorpio, and Venus goes retrograde in Scorpio. This creates a conflicting energy between fire (action, decisiveness, and willpower) and water (feeling, waiting, and turning inward).

Venus and Mercury in Scorpio—which will also be in retrograde together in this water sign in a few weeks—bring an intense, profound energy. Everything that has been suppressed or bottled up can be expressed in relationships, friendships, and other connections—raw and unfiltered. This can create a feeling of “all or nothing.”

There are already many planets in retrograde at the moment:

  • Saturn in Aries (through December 10, 2026);
  • Uranus in Gemini (through February 8, 2027);
  • Neptune in Aries (through December 12, 2026);
  • Pluto in Aquarius (through October 16, 2026);
  • Chiron in Aries (through January 6, 2027).

On October 24, Mercury will also join the retrograde lineup, but by then Pluto will be moving direct again.

We are entering a challenging period of reflection and contemplation, during which you will have the opportunity to let go of many things and start doing things differently.

Moon phase: waning moon.

September 28: Mars in Leo

The full moon in Aries may have helped you realize what choices you can make for yourself and where old insecurities or vulnerabilities are being touched. Two days later, Mars moves from Cancer to Leo, giving that energy a fiery, powerful boost.

Because while Mars in Cancer might have made you feel more tired than usual, Mars in Leo wants to move forward. This combination is full of zest for life and dynamism: they’re excited and bursting with energy.

Mars in Leo invites you to take up space, let your true self shine, and follow your heart. You can once again tune into what excites you, what energizes you, and what you truly want. This is an energy of creativity, passion, courage, playfulness, and self-expression.

At the same time, you may sense a clear conflict between fire and water. While water invites you to feel, slow down, and protect yourself, fire wants to move forward, create, and express itself outwardly. As a result, it may feel as though one part of you wants to withdraw, while another part wants to live life to the fullest. The trick is not to ignore your feelings, but to incorporate them into your actions.

While the full moon showed you where you no longer want to compromise yourself, Mars in Leo then gives you the courage to be your true self.

Dare to shine. Dare to create. Dare to choose what makes you happy. Not to be seen or approved of, but because it feels right from the inside out.

The downside of Mars in Leo is that your ego can be more easily hurt if you feel unseen, unappreciated, or unrecognized. This can trigger perfectionism and drama, because the proud Leo loves to make a good impression and be “number one” in everything he does.

So don’t use this energy to prove anything—you might be more likely to overdo it right now—but rather to express what’s truly alive within you. First, feel what’s going on inside you, and then channel that energy into action, creativity, entrepreneurship, or anything else that makes your heart glow.

Life isn't a competition; it simply wants to be experienced and lived to the fullest—with an open heart and a free spirit. And you are free to be and embody who you are. Then you'll need fewer and fewer words and status, because you'll shine from within.

September 30: Mercury in Scorpio

Venus is already transiting Scorpio, and in a few days, Venus will go retrograde. Now Mercury is joining it, which means the energy of Scorpio will be felt even more strongly in the coming days.

Venus and Mercury retrograde in Scorpio bring an intense, profound energy in which old feelings, relationships, and unspoken issues may resurface. It is a time for reflection and honest self-examination: What still feels genuine, what can be let go of, and what actually calls for deeper exploration?

Mercury in Scorpio doesn’t like superficiality, small talk, or sugarcoating things. Feelings need to be fully felt and experienced, and expressed without a filter. The deepest feelings can come to the surface—in yourself and in others. It’s as if a volcano is erupting and everything is being overwhelmed by it.

So don’t use this energy to force answers or clarity right away. Give yourself the space to feel, observe, and be honest about what’s truly going on inside you. Old feelings that resurface don’t automatically have to be relived; sometimes they return so that you can finally see them in a different light and let them go. And whatever becomes more profound deserves even more of your attention and awareness.

Fortunately, the Sun in Libra brings some relief and a sense of connection. We long for harmony and may go the extra mile to keep the peace. At the same time, jealousy, insecurity, or the need to hold on to something or someone may feel more intense. It’s precisely then that it helps not to react out of fear, but to ask yourself: What do I truly need to feel safe, free, and connected?

This period invites you not to turn away from what you’re feeling, but to move toward it with love. There, beneath the surface, often lies exactly what needs to be seen, healed, or chosen anew.

October 3: Venus retrograde in Scorpio

On October 3, Venus goes retrograde in Scorpio, and on November 14, the planet of love and beauty turns direct again in Libra. We’ve mentioned before that when Venus and Mercury are together in Scorpio, they create a sense of intensity. Now that Venus is going retrograde, this adds an extra layer of depth and reflection.

While Mercury invites you to take an honest look at what’s going on inside you, Venus focuses more on love, relationships, desire, and your self-worth.

Venus in retrograde can prompt you to reflect on the way you love and what you need to feel truly connected. What do you long for? Where might you be compromising too much? And where are you holding on to something because letting go feels scary or painful? Scorpio makes it so you don’t easily settle for something that seems beautiful on the surface. You want to feel what’s real.

Venus is also associated with the underworld and the theme of transformation. In Greek mythology, Aphrodite was connected to Persephone’s journey to the underworld. You can view that descent as a symbolic journey into the hidden realm, where you shed old layers and undergo change, only to eventually emerge transformed.

This Venus retrograde can therefore encourage you to be honest about what your heart truly desires. Not to make a decision or commit to something right away, but to make room for what truly suits you. Sometimes love deepens, sometimes it changes form, and sometimes you discover that you can learn to love yourself in a new way.
