Energy This Week

Last week opened with one of the most impactful shifts of the year: Neptune moved from Pisces into Aries. With this transition, a new collective chapter has begun. We are only at the very beginning; this cycle will continue until 2038–2039. In the previous update, this energy was described in depth.

This is also the final week with Saturn in Pisces. From February 14 onward, Saturn will remain definitively in Aries. After years in which themes such as surrender, release, and inner processing were central (Pisces), the energy now shifts towards action, responsibility, and building something new (Aries). What first needed to be felt and processed now wants to take form through concrete choices and actions.

At the same time, we are moving through an eclipse portal — a space in which time behaves differently and the veil between old and new is thin. On February 17, the first eclipse of 2026 takes place: a new Moon with an annular solar eclipse in Aquarius. Many astrologers emphasize the importance of this eclipse. It is strongly future-oriented and brings renewal. Saturn will then have just entered Aries, which can create pressure, especially now that Uranus goes direct this week. It may feel as if old certainties are being challenged and that you must act now. Venus brings softening this week and helps align you with your heart.

Multiple energies are currently overlapping and colliding. Themes of closure and rebirth intertwine. The tension is palpable — in the air, in the body, and in the collective field.

Many people are already noticing this. Nervousness, a strange state of alertness, inner restlessness, difficulty sleeping, headaches, fatigue, heart palpitations, or even flu-like symptoms are common. The nervous system is on high alert. The body seems to be adapting at high speed, making space for new frequencies that are arriving. What was invisible is knocking ever more insistently.

February 4: Uranus Direct in Taurus

On February 4, Uranus goes direct in Taurus after a retrograde period of around five months. These are the final months of Uranus in Taurus; in April, it will move definitively into Gemini.

Uranus in Taurus brings a gentle yet powerful energy of awakening and liberation to everything tangible and valuable: our bodies, our relationships, our values, our connection to the Earth and to material security. Where Taurus is naturally patient and slow, Uranus invites sudden acceleration. Old patterns may be released, and structures can become more flexible, allowing new possibilities to emerge.

This energy can sometimes feel unsettling, but it is also an invitation to move creatively, courageously, and intuitively with what presents itself. It invites us to remain true to our inner self and to create a life that is authentic and free.

Uranus in Taurus accelerates the evolution of our values and daily lives, asking us to embrace change with trust, ingenuity, and an open heart — changes that guide us towards a deeper connection with ourselves and the world around us.

The coming months are well suited to reviewing and bringing order to our finances, relationships, and connection with the Earth. Once Uranus moves into Gemini (air) in April, it will require more effort to anchor and sustain change.

February 6: Mercury in Pisces

A few days later, Mercury enters Pisces, shifting the way we think and communicate. Rational, analytical thinking softens; ideas and words flow more from intuition, imagination, and compassion. Mercury in Pisces invites us to listen sensitively, speak gently, and trust what is offered intuitively.

This energy brings softening during this intense period, when the energy can at times feel harsh, and helps reunite head and heart. Make space for your dreams and insights — feel them deeply, but do not get lost in them. We are all being asked for inspired and embodied action, as well as the completion of unfinished matters, in preparation for the second half of this year, 2027, and beyond.

“How do you stay grounded in this cosmic rollercoaster? How strong is your foundation? How deep is your connection with your heart and intuition? And what do you need right now?”

Energy diese Woche

Last week began with one of the most influential shifts of the year: Neptune moved from Pisces to Aries. This marks the beginning of a new collective chapter. We are still at the very beginning; this cycle will last until 2038–2039. This energy was described in detail in the previous update.

This is also the last week that Saturn will be in Pisces. From February 14, Saturn will remain in Aries for good. After years in which themes such as letting go, devotion, and inner processing were the focus (Pisces), the energy is now shifting toward action, responsibility, and building something new (Aries). What initially had to be felt and lived through now wants to take shape through concrete decisions and actions.

At the same time, we find ourselves in a portal of darkness — a space where time behaves differently and the veil between old and new is thin. On February 17, the first eclipse of 2026 will take place: a new moon with an annular solar eclipse in Aquarius. Many astrologers emphasize the significance of this eclipse. It is strongly future-oriented and brings renewal. Saturn is just entering Aries, which can create pressure — especially now that Uranus is moving direct again this week. It may feel as if old certainties are under pressure and that you need to act now. Venus brings a gentler energy this week and puts you in tune with your heart.

Multiple energies are currently overlapping and colliding. Themes of completion and rebirth are intertwining. The tension is palpable—in the air, in the body, and in the collective field.

Many people are already noticing this. Nervousness, a strange state of heightened alertness, inner restlessness, poor sleep, headaches, exhaustion, palpitations, or even flu-like symptoms are common. The nervous system is under high tension. The body seems to be adapting at a rapid pace and making room for new frequencies that are announcing themselves. What was invisible is knocking ever more clearly.

February 4: Uranus direct in Taurus

On February 4, Uranus will return to direct motion in Taurus after approximately five months of retrograde motion. These are Uranus's final months in Taurus; in April, it will finally move into Gemini.

Uranus in Taurus brings a gentle but powerful energy of awakening and liberation to everything that is tangible and valuable: our bodies, our relationships, our values, our connection to the earth, and our material security. While Taurus is naturally patient and slow, Uranus invites sudden acceleration. Old patterns can be let go of, and structures can become more flexible, allowing new possibilities to emerge.

This energy can sometimes feel unsettling, but at the same time it is an invitation to be creative, courageous, and intuitive in dealing with whatever arises. It calls on us to remain true to our inner selves and to create a life that is authentic and free.

Uranus in Taurus accelerates the development of our values and our everyday lives and challenges us to embrace change with confidence, ingenuity, and an open heart—changes that lead us to a deeper connection with ourselves and the world around us.

The coming months are a good time to review and organize our finances, relationships, and our connection to the earth. When Uranus moves into Gemini (air) in April, it will take more effort to anchor and maintain changes.

February 6: Mercury in Pisces

A few days later, Mercury enters Pisces and changes the way we think and communicate. Rational, analytical thinking becomes softer; ideas and words arise more strongly from intuition, imagination, and compassion. Mercury in Pisces invites us to listen sensitively, speak gently, and trust what intuitively reaches us.

This energy brings a noticeable softening during this intense time—especially where the energy can feel harsh at times—and brings the head and heart back together. Create space for your dreams and insights, feel them, but don't lose yourself in them. We are all now called upon to take inspired and embodied action and to conclude unfinished business in preparation for the second half of this year, 2027, and beyond.

"How do you stay true to yourself on this cosmic roller coaster ride? How stable are you? How strong is the connection to your heart and your intuition? And what do you need right now?"

Rational, analytical thinking becomes softer; ideas and words come much more from intuition, imagination, and compassion. Mercury in Pisces invites us to listen sensitively, speak softly, and trust what is intuitively presented to us.

This energy brings relief during this intense period, in which the energy can feel harsh at times, and brings the head and heart back together. Make room for your dreams and insights, feel them, but don't dwell on them. We are all being asked to take inspired and embodied action and to complete unfinished business in preparation for the second half of this year, 2027, and beyond.

How do you maintain your balance on this cosmic rollercoaster? How strong are you? How strong is the connection with your heart and intuition? And what do you need right now?
