Energy This Week

Last week we mentioned that June is a month of action and expansion, marked by numerous planetary shifts and upheavals.

Whereas last week still felt like a transitional phase and a no-man’s-land, this week can feel as though everything suddenly erupts all at once. Like a cosmic eruption and release, which can go hand in hand with more extreme weather and more earthquakes and volcanic activity. The energy needs to be released! Only after this release can calm return. It is therefore no coincidence that this eruption arrives just before Mercury goes retrograde a week later (on June 29) in Cancer.

This week, you may feel restless, confused, and overwhelmed—you might genuinely feel a little lost—yet at the same time, you may have the clearest insights and even experience moments of revelation. The new moon in Gemini, which is considered a supermoon, may present you with challenging moments of choice. As we wrote last week: "What do you choose?" and "To whom or what do you give your energy?"

Don’t let yourself be swept along by the lightning-fast energy building toward its annual peak. Make space to ground yourself in your body, to rest and find stability. And allow yourself to take it one step at a time. Be powerful and grounded, rather than impulsive, pressured, and fleeting. You’re in control and you set the pace.

Chiron’s move into Taurus this week helps you with this. This energy strengthens your connection to your body and the earth. It also brings the realization that we are all—people, animals, trees, and plants—precious children of the earth, each with the right to be here. You can take a moment to reflect more deeply on your way of life, the choices you make, and the impact these have on the earth and the greater whole.

Mercury is already in Cancer (and is about to go retrograde in this water sign). And on June 21, the Sun moves into Cancer. The Sun has the greatest influence in astrology. This gentle Cancer energy can help you turn inward with tenderness and nurturing and enter into a dialogue with yourself.

Lunar phase: new moon (June 15) and waxing moon (starting June 16).

June 15: New Supermoon in Gemini

In addition to full supermoons, there are also new supermoons. A new (super)moon may not be visible in the sky, but it is more powerful than an ordinary new moon. This new moon in Gemini, just before the summer solstice, is a powerhouse.

Gemini is an air sign associated with communication, learning, movement, curiosity, and connection. This sign loves to discover, experiment with new ideas, and explore different perspectives. The energy can feel fast-paced and lively, as if new doors are opening in your thinking and in the conversations you have. This creates space to view situations with a lighter touch, to let go of old beliefs, and to reinvent yourself through words, connections, and inspiration. Uranus in Gemini can bring unexpected insights, surprising encounters, or sudden changes of direction.

This new moon invites you to take an honest look at yourself. The duality within and around you may feel more intense, causing you to swing back and forth between different perspectives, choices, or truths. Perhaps you’ll notice that certain beliefs no longer align with who you’re becoming.

This moon does not ask for immediate answers, but rather for you to remain curious about what unfolds. It is precisely by making room for new perspectives that important insights can emerge, providing direction for the next phase of your development.

June 19: Chiron in Taurus

Since 2018, Chiron, "the wounded healer," has been in fiery, decisive Aries. On June 19, it moves into Taurus for the first time in years. This transition marks a powerful shift from action and survival toward slowing down, grounding, and inner stability.

Where Chiron in Aries laid bare deep themes surrounding identity, courage, and the right to exist, Chiron in Taurus invites us to feel what is truly valuable. Not only in material terms, but above all from within. This energy offers a unique opportunity to reassess your self-worth, to heal your relationship with abundance and finances, and to strengthen your connection with your body, your senses, and the earth. The insights that emerged around the new moon now need to be integrated into your daily life. It is no longer just about understanding, but also about embodying.

On September 18, 2026, Chiron temporarily returns to Aries. It is not until April 14, 2027, that Chiron definitively settles into Taurus. During this transitional period, deep soul wounds related to self-worth, safety, body awareness, and trust in life may be stirred up. Old insecurities may come to the surface, precisely so that they can be examined with greater gentleness and compassion. This can be challenging and at times feel like a wake-up call and a reset. Release all fear and control, go with the flow of what life presents to you, and trust that you are ready for it. This inner journey allows you to remember more deeply who you truly are.

Taurus reminds you that true healing doesn’t come from fighting harder, but from slowing down, tuning in to your feelings, and rebuilding your trust in yourself and in life. This energy invites you to live more calmly, to choose more consciously what nourishes you, to ground yourself more firmly in who you truly are, and to hold the earth and all living things in reverence.

June 21: The Sun in Cancer and the Summer Solstice

With the Sun in Cancer and the summer solstice, we feel the shift toward a softer, warmer energy. Around the summer solstice, daylight reaches its peak: the longest day and shortest night of the year. The Sun’s energy is at its most powerful, inviting you to pause and reflect on everything that has grown, developed, and come into bloom in recent months. It is a time to celebrate, appreciate, and consciously enjoy the abundance that is already here.

At the same time, the summer solstice marks a turning point. After the peak of daylight, the days slowly begin to grow shorter again. It is precisely for this reason that this period calls for not only looking outward, but also turning inward. With the Sun in Cancer, the focus shifts from being visible and taking action toward feeling, connecting, and nurturing.

The energy of Cancer helps you connect more deeply with your intuition and emotions. It is a time when home, family, memories, and a sense of security can feel especially important. This period invites you to consciously pause and reflect on what you want to cherish and carry with you in the months ahead. Which dreams have come true? What are you grateful for? And what might continue to grow? By making space for reflection and tenderness, clarity emerges about what truly matters to your heart.

A lovely little ritual for this time of year: light a candle at sunset and write down three things you’re grateful for and one wish you’d like to carry with you into the summer. Keep the note in a special spot in your home as a reminder of your intention for this new phase.

"What is life showing you? What choices might you make? And on what might you let your light shine lovingly, without pressure or expectation?"

Energy this week

Last week, we mentioned that June is a month of action and expansion, marked by numerous planetary shifts and upheavals.

Where last week was still a transitional phase and a kind of no-man’s-land, this week may feel as if everything is suddenly erupting. Like a cosmic eruption and release of energy, which can be accompanied by more extreme weather, earthquakes, and volcanic activity. The energy needs to be released! Only after this release can calm return. It is therefore no coincidence that this eruption comes just before Mercury goes retrograde a week later (on June 29) in Cancer.

This week, on the one hand, you may experience restlessness, confusion, and a sense of being overwhelmed—you might even feel a bit lost for a moment—and on the other hand, you may have the clearest insights and even a kind of revelation. The new moon in Gemini, which is considered a supermoon, may bring you challenging moments of decision-making. As we wrote last week: “What will you choose?” and “To whom or what will you give your energy?”

Don’t let yourself get swept up in the frenzied energy building toward its annual peak. Make space to settle into your body, to find calm, and to ground yourself. And allow yourself to take it one step at a time. Be strong and grounded, rather than impulsive, rushed, and fleeting. You’re in control, and you set the pace.

Chiron, which moves into Taurus this week, will help you with this. This energy strengthens your connection to your body and to the Earth. And it brings the realization that we are all—humans, animals, trees, and plants—precious children of the Earth, all of whom have a right to be here. You can take a deeper look at your way of life, the decisions you make, and their impact on the Earth and the greater whole.

Mercury is already in Cancer (and will soon begin its retrograde in this water sign). And on June 21, the Sun enters Cancer. In astrology, the Sun has the greatest influence. This gentle Cancer energy can help you turn inward with gentleness and care and begin a dialogue with yourself.

This sign loves to discover, play with new ideas, and explore different perspectives. The energy can feel fast-paced and lively, as if new doors are opening in your thinking and in the conversations you have. It creates space to view situations more easily, let go of old beliefs, and reinvent yourself through words, connections, and inspiration. Uranus in Gemini can bring unexpected insights, surprising encounters, or sudden changes of course.

This new moon invites you to take an honest look at yourself. The duality within and around you may feel more pronounced, causing you to swing back and forth between different perspectives, decisions, or truths. You may notice that certain beliefs no longer align with who you are becoming.

This moon doesn’t demand immediate answers, but rather encourages you to remain curious about what unfolds. It is precisely by creating space for new perspectives that important insights can emerge, guiding the next phase of your development.

June 19: Chiron in Taurus

Since 2018, Chiron, "the wounded healer," has been in fiery, energetic Aries. On June 19, it will move into Taurus for the first time in years. This transition brings a powerful shift from action and survival toward slowing down, grounding, and inner stability.

While Chiron in Aries brought to light deep issues surrounding identity, courage, and the right to exist, Chiron in Taurus wants us to feel what is truly valuable—not just materially, but above all from within. This energy offers a special opportunity to re-evaluate your self-worth, heal your relationship with abundance and finances, and strengthen your connection to your body, your senses, and the Earth. The insights that emerged around the new moon now demand a place in your daily practice. It is no longer just about understanding, but also about embodying.

On September 18, 2026, Chiron will temporarily return to Aries. It isn’t until April 14, 2027, that Chiron will settle permanently in Taurus. During this transitional period, deep emotional wounds related to self-worth, security, body awareness, and trust in life may be stirred up. Old insecurities may surface, precisely so they can be viewed with greater gentleness and compassion. This can be challenging and sometimes feel like a wake-up call and a reset. Let go of all fear and control, go with the flow of what life shows you, and trust that you are ready for it. This inner journey allows you to remember more deeply who you truly are.

Taurus reminds you that true healing doesn’t come from fighting harder, but from slowing down, feeling, and rebuilding your trust in yourself and in life. This energy invites you to live more peacefully, to choose more mindfully what nourishes you, to root yourself more deeply in who you truly are, and to hold a sense of awe for the Earth and all that lives upon it.

June 21: Sun in Cancer and the Summer Solstice

With the Sun in Cancer and the summer solstice, we sense the transition to a gentler, warmer energy. Around the summer solstice, the light reaches its peak: the longest day and the shortest night of the year. The sun’s energy is at its zenith, inviting us to pause and reflect on everything that has grown, developed, and blossomed over the past months. It is a moment of celebration, appreciation, and consciously savoring the abundance that is already present.

At the same time, the summer solstice marks a turning point. After the peak of light, the days slowly begin to grow shorter again. That is precisely why this time calls not only for looking outward, but also for turning inward. With the Sun in Cancer, our focus shifts from being seen and taking action to feeling, connecting, and nurturing.

The energy of Cancer helps you get more in touch with your intuition and emotions. It’s a time when home, family, memories, and a sense of security can feel especially important. This time invites you to consciously pause and reflect on what you want to cherish and carry forward in the coming months. Which dreams have come true? What are you grateful for? And what is still allowed to grow? By creating space for reflection and gentleness, clarity emerges about what is truly important to your heart.

A lovely little ritual for this time of year: Light a candle at sunset and write down three things you’re grateful for, along with a wish you’d like to carry into the summer. Keep the note in a special spot in your home as a reminder of your intention for this new phase.

"What does life reveal to you? What decisions are you free to make? And where can you let your light shine lovingly, without pressure or expectations?"

Energy this week

Last week, we mentioned that June is a month of action and expansion, marked by numerous planetary shifts and upheavals.

Whereas last week was still a transitional phase and a kind of no-man’s-land, this week it may feel as if everything is suddenly erupting all at once. Like a cosmic eruption and release, which may be accompanied by more extreme weather and an increase in earthquakes and volcanic activity. This week, you may experience restlessness, confusion, and a sense of being overwhelmed—you might really feel lost for a moment—while at the same time having the clearest insights and even a kind of epiphany. The new moon in Gemini, which is considered a supermoon, may present you with challenging moments of choice. As we wrote last week: “What do you choose?” and “To whom or what do you give your energy?”

Don’t get swept up in the fast-paced energy as it builds toward its annual peak; make space to settle into your body, to find peace, and to ground yourself. And allow yourself to take it one step at a time. Be strong and grounded—rather than impulsive, pressured, and fleeting. You’re in control and you set the pace.

Chiron, which moves into Taurus this week, will help you with this. This energy strengthens your connection to your body and the Earth. June 15: New Supermoon in Gemini

In addition to full supermoons, there are also new supermoons. While a new (super)moon may not be visible in the sky, it is more powerful than a regular new moon. This new moon in Gemini, just before the summer solstice, is a powerhouse.

Gemini is an air sign associated with communication, learning, movement, curiosity, and connection. This sign loves to discover, play with new ideas, and explore different perspectives. The energy can feel fast-paced and lively, as if new doors are opening in your thinking and in the conversations you have. It creates space to view situations more lightly, let go of old beliefs, and reinvent yourself through words, connections, and inspiration. Uranus in Gemini can bring unexpected insights, surprising encounters, or sudden changes of direction.

This new moon invites you to take an honest look at yourself. The duality within and around you may feel more pronounced, causing you to swing back and forth between different perspectives, choices, or truths. You may find that certain beliefs no longer align with who you are becoming.

This moon doesn’t ask you to find immediate answers, but to remain curious about what unfolds. It is precisely by making room for new perspectives that important insights can emerge, guiding the next phase of your development.

June 19: Chiron in Taurus

Since 2018, Chiron, “the wounded healer,” has been in fiery, dynamic Aries. On June 19, he moves into Taurus for the first time in years. This transition brings a powerful shift from action and survival to slowness, grounding, and inner stability.

Whereas Chiron in Aries brought to light deep themes surrounding identity, courage, and one’s right to exist, Chiron in Taurus wants to help us feel what is truly valuable. Not just materially, but especially from within. This energy offers a special opportunity to re-evaluate your self-worth, heal your relationship with abundance and finances, and strengthen your connection to your body, senses, and the earth. The insights that emerged around the new moon now need to be integrated into your daily life. It is no longer just about understanding, but also about embodying.

On September 18, 2026, Chiron will temporarily return to Aries. It will not be until April 14, 2027, that Chiron settles permanently in Taurus. During this transitional period, deep soul wounds related to self-worth, security, body awareness, and trust in life may be stirred up. Old insecurities may surface, precisely so they can be viewed with greater gentleness and compassion. This can be challenging and, at times, feel like a wake-up call and a reset. Let go of all fear and control, go with the flow of what life shows you, and trust that you are ready for it. This inner journey will help you remember more deeply who you truly are.

Taurus reminds you that true healing doesn’t come from fighting harder, but from slowing down, feeling, and rebuilding your trust in yourself and in life. This energy invites you to live more peacefully, to choose more mindfully what nourishes you, to ground yourself more firmly in who you truly are, and to honor the Earth and all that lives upon it.

June 21: Sun in Cancer and the Summer Solstice

With the Sun in Cancer and the summer solstice, we feel the transition to a gentler, warmer energy. Around the summer solstice, the light reaches its peak: the longest day and shortest night of the year. The sun’s energy is at its most powerful, inviting us to reflect on everything that has grown, developed, and blossomed over the past few months. It is a time to celebrate, appreciate, and consciously enjoy the abundance that already exists.

At the same time, the summer solstice marks a turning point. After the peak of light, the days slowly begin to grow shorter again. That is precisely why this period calls for us not only to look outward, but also to turn inward. With the sun in Cancer, our focus shifts from being visible and taking action to feeling, connecting, and nurturing.

The energy of Cancer helps you get more in touch with your intuition and emotions. It is a time when home, family, memories, and a sense of security can feel especially important. This period invites you to consciously reflect on what you want to cherish and carry forward into the coming months. Which dreams have come true? What are you grateful for? And what can still grow further? By making space for reflection and gentleness, clarity emerges about what truly matters to your heart.

Here’s a lovely little ritual for this time of year: at sunset, light a candle and write down three things you’re grateful for, plus one wish you’d like to carry with you into the summer. Keep the note in a special spot in your home as a reminder of your intention for this new phase.
