Energy This Week

At the end of last week, Mercury went retrograde. This week, the cosmos continues to move intensely. Mars enters Pisces, we experience a Full Moon and total lunar eclipse in Virgo (the last eclipse of this first cycle of the year), and Venus shifts into Aries.

These energies may clash. One wants to move left, the other right, pulling us back and forth. Between thinking and feeling. Between masculine and feminine. Between being and action. You may also feel this physically: pressure in the head, headaches and neck tension, brain fog, restlessness, nausea (a seasick sensation), digestive issues, deep fatigue, instability, disrupted sleep, or strange vibrations in the body — as if everything is being recalibrated.

What has been shaking, cracking, and shifting over the past years is approaching a climax and turning point. What feels shocking or painful now may later prove to be the liberation of your life. Many battles are being fought—within yourself and within family bonds, relationships, and friendships. It is as if all connections are being tested—ego versus heart and soul—in order to return to a purer balance. This shift begins with you, not the other.

Moon phases this week: Waxing Moon (March 2), Full Moon (March 3), Waning Moon (from March 4).

March 2: Mars in Pisces

Mars in Pisces is an intriguing combination: the fiery force of Mars merges with the intuitive waters of Pisces. It creates a soft yet profound strength — like fire flowing through water. The power is present, but it moves quietly, intuitively, and almost invisibly.

Mars represents action, desire, vitality, and the inner drive to move forward. In Pisces, this energy becomes dreamy and sensitive. Action arises not from conflict or the need to prove something, but from deep inner sensing. First there is feeling and attunement—then movement, often at exactly the right moment.

This placement brings gentle courage and loving determination. When something truly touches the heart, unexpected strength can emerge. The energy often seeks spiritual or creative expression: music, art, dance, meditation, or caring for others.

There is vulnerability here as well. Boundaries may blur, anger may turn inward or dissolve into silence. The lesson of Mars in Pisces is learning to trust your sensitivity without losing yourself — understanding that softness is not weakness, but another form of strength and devotion.

March 3: Full Moon in Virgo + Total Lunar Eclipse

A day later, the energy shifts completely: a Full Moon in Virgo combined with a total lunar eclipse. Eclipse energy has already been building beneath the surface.

Every Full Moon is a peak of lunar energy. The Moon pulls strongly on the waters of the Earth — and in our bodies. You may feel more sensitive, emotionally stirred, or notice feelings rising unexpectedly — as if the inner ocean is forming higher waves. The Moon is connected to our subconscious, intuition, and shadow aspects. What remains hidden during the day becomes visible in moonlight.

A Full Moon combined with a total lunar eclipse is known as a Blood Moon, as the Moon turns dark red during the eclipse. This is a highly potent lunation, often felt days in advance. A Blood Moon magnifies your shadow aspects even more strongly than a regular Full Moon. Which unprocessed pieces, hidden emotions, or shame are asking to be seen? It may feel like something begins pulsing in your body, as stagnant energy seeks release.

This Full Moon in Virgo calls for purification and healing. Virgo energy is gentle yet precise; it seeks order, cleansing, and restoration—not from judgment, but from devotion. Where can you soften toward yourself? Which patterns, beliefs, or unresolved layers are asking for attention? What no longer wishes to remain hidden, but wants to be seen, felt, and integrated? This Blood Moon does not demand perfection—it asks for honesty, softness, and presence.

Meanwhile, the Sun stands in Pisces. While Virgo invites practical healing and earthly integration, Pisces offers compassion, surrender, and spirituality. Pisces reminds us that everything is interconnected. That your process is part of a greater whole. You do not need to understand everything in order to feel it. This Virgo–Pisces axis reflects the dance between heaven and earth, subtle and tangible, dreaming and doing.

March 6: Venus in Aries

As you move through depth, the energy shifts again. Venus in Aries feels like the first spark after a long inner journey. Where Pisces dissolved and softened, Aries chooses. Where Virgo purified, Aries ignites.

Venus carries the energy of love, connection, beauty, and self-worth. In Aries, love awakens boldly and directly. There is something pure and unguarded here. Love becomes an adventure. The heart beats faster, the blood runs warmer. It is the energy of new beginnings—no detours, but straight from the heart. The courage to say: this is what I want. This moves me. This is who I am.

Spiritually, Venus in Aries invites self-love as a sacred act. Honoring your desires without guilt. Respecting your fire without dimming it. After dissolving into the greater whole, Aries reminds you that you are also a unique flame. Dare to feel what makes you come alive. Dare to choose what awakens your heart.

With all these energies combined, you are almost inevitably drawn inward — to feel what has been waiting far too long to be felt. This is not a time for harsh self-judgment or over-rationalizing, but for keeping your heart open as you bravely enter the “basement of your soul.”

You may feel wobbly, emotional, tired, or strongly in need of solitude. Give yourself space. Write. Walk in nature. Meditate. Literally clear something in your home while symbolically releasing something within. Trust that whatever becomes visible now is ready to be healed.

How do you stay centered when the energy pulls you in all directions? And which truth within you longs to be honestly felt, healed, and courageously lived—from love for who you truly are?

Energy diese Woche

At the end of last week, Mercury went into retrograde. There is also a lot of movement in the cosmos this week. Mars enters Pisces, we experience a full moon with a total lunar eclipse in Virgo (the last eclipse of the first round this year), and Venus moves into Aries.

These energies can collide with each other. One wants to go left, the other right—we are torn between the two. Between thinking and feeling. Between masculine and feminine. And between being and doing. You can also feel a lot physically: pressure in your head, head and neck pain, brain fog, restlessness, nausea (a feeling like seasickness), stomach and intestinal problems, deep fatigue, instability, poor sleep, and strange vibrations in your body – as if everything were being realigned.

What began to wobble, tear, and shift in recent years is approaching a climax and turning point. What still feels shocking or painful now may later prove to be the liberation of your life... Many battles are currently being fought. With yourself and within family ties, relationships, and friendships. It is as if all connections are being tested—ego versus heart and soul—in order to subsequently achieve a purer balance. This shift begins with you, not with others.

This week's moon phases: waxing moon (March 2), full moon (March 3), and waning moon (from March 4).

March 2: Mars in Pisces

Mars in Pisces is an interesting combination because the powerful fire of Mars meets the intuitive waters of Pisces. This results in a gentle but deep power. It feels like fire flowing through water. The power is there, but it moves quietly, intuitively, and almost invisibly.

Mars carries the energy of action, desire, zest for life, and the inner urge to get moving. In Pisces, this energy takes on a dreamy, sensitive foundation. Action is not taken out of a desire to fight or prove something, but rather out of a deep sense of intuition. First, one feels, tunes in, and resonates with the atmosphere. Only then does movement arise—often at exactly the right moment.

This position brings gentle courage and loving determination. When something truly touches the heart, an unexpected amount of strength can be unleashed. The energy often seeks spiritual or creative expression: music, art, dance, meditation, or caring for others.

At the same time, this also presents a vulnerability. Boundaries can become blurred, anger can be directed inward or dissolve into silence. The lesson of Mars in Pisces is to trust your own sensitivity without losing yourself. To know that gentleness is not a weakness, but another form of strength and devotion.

March 3: Full moon in Virgo + total lunar eclipse

One day later, we experience a completely different energy: a full moon in Virgo and a total lunar eclipse. The eclipse energy has been noticeable for some time now and has a strong effect in the background.

Every full moon is a peak of energy and lunar power. The moon then exerts its strongest influence on the water on Earth – and in our bodies. You may notice that you are more sensitive, more easily moved, or that emotions rise unexpectedly. It is as if the sea within you is making higher waves. The moon is connected to our subconscious, our intuition, and our shadow sides. What remains hidden during the day becomes visible in the moonlight.

A full moon accompanied by a total lunar eclipse is called a blood moon, because the moon turns dark red during the eclipse. A blood moon is a very powerful full moon, which can often be felt days in advance. It draws attention to your shadow aspects and allows you to feel even more strongly than during a normal full moon what still lies hidden within you. Which shadow aspects or unprocessed issues that you would rather repress or that cause shame want to be seen? Sometimes it can feel as if something is beginning to pulsate in your body because stuck energy wants to start moving.

This full moon in Virgo calls for purification and healing. Virgo energy is gentle but precise; it wants to organize, clarify, and restore—not out of judgment, but out of devotion. Where can you be kinder to yourself? Which patterns, beliefs, or unprocessed parts of yourself demand attention? What no longer wants to remain hidden, but rather be seen, felt, and integrated? This blood moon does not demand perfection. It asks for honesty, gentleness, and presence toward yourself.

At the same time, the sun is in Pisces. While the moon in Virgo invites us to practical healing and earthly integration, the sun in Pisces brings a field of compassion, devotion, and spirituality. Pisces reminds us that everything is connected. That your process is part of a larger whole. That you don't have to understand everything in order to feel it. This axis—Pisces and Virgo—is about the interplay between heaven and earth, the subtle and the material, and between dreams and action.

March 6: Venus in Aries

And precisely when you have gone through the depths, the energy shifts again. Venus in Aries feels like the first spark after a long inner journey. Where Pisces dissolved and softened, Aries decides. Where Virgo purified, Aries ignites the fire.

Venus carries the energy of love, connection, beauty, and self-worth. In Aries, this love becomes awake and direct. There is something pure and unadulterated in this position. Love becomes an adventure, a journey of discovery. The heart beats faster, the blood flows warmer. It is the energy of the first beginning. No long detours, but straight from the heart. It gives you the courage to say: This is what I want. That touches me. That is me.

Spiritually speaking, Venus in Aries invites you to live self-love as a sacred act. To acknowledge your desires without guilt. To honor your fire without dampening it. After rising into the greater whole, Aries reminds you that you, too, are a unique flame. This energy says: Dare to feel what makes you alive. Dare to choose what awakens your heart.

With all these energies combined, you can hardly help but move along with them, delve deep, and feel what has been waiting to be felt for far too long. This is not the time to be hard on yourself or to try to explain everything rationally, but rather to keep your heart open as you courageously enter the "basement of your soul."

Perhaps you feel shaky, unstable, more emotional, tired, or have a strong need for silence and time alone. Give yourself space. Write. Go out into nature. Take a walk. Meditate. Tidy up something specific in your home while symbolically letting go of something inside yourself. Trust that what is now becoming visible is ready to be healed.

"How do you stay true to yourself when your energy is pulling in all directions? And what truth within you wants to be honestly felt, healed, and courageously lived—out of love for who you really are?"

Mercury went retrograde at the end of last week. There is also a lot of movement in the cosmos this week. Mars enters Pisces, there is a full moon and total lunar eclipse in Virgo (the last eclipse of the first round of this year), and Venus moves into Aries.

These energies can clash with each other. One wants to go left and the other right, causing us to be tossed back and forth. Between thinking and feeling. Between masculine and feminine. And between being and action. Physically, you can feel all kinds of things: pressure on the head, head and neck pain, brain fog, restlessness, nausea (seasickness), stomach and intestinal complaints, deep fatigue, instability, poor sleep, and strange vibrations in the body, as if everything is being adjusted.

What has been shaking, tearing, and shifting in recent years is approaching a climax and tipping point. What feels shocking or painful now may later turn out to be the liberation of your life... Many battles are being fought at the moment. With yourself and in family ties, relationships, and friendships. It is as if all connections are being put to the test—ego versus heart and soul—in order to achieve a purer balance. This shift begins with you, not with the other person.

The moon phases this week: waxing moon (March 2), full moon (March 3), and waning moon (from March 4).

March 2: Mars in Pisces

Mars in Pisces is an interesting combination, because the powerful fire of Mars comes together with the intuitive waters of Pisces. This creates a gentle but deep power. It feels like fire flowing through water. The power is present, but moves quietly, intuitively, and almost invisibly.

Mars carries the energy of action, desire, zest for life, and the inner urge to get moving. In Pisces, that energy takes on a dreamy, sensitive quality. Action is not driven by struggle or the need to prove oneself, but by a deep sense of intuition. First, one feels, attunes, and resonates with the atmosphere. Only then does movement arise, often at exactly the right moment.

This placement gives gentle courage and loving determination. When something truly touches the heart, a surprising amount of strength can be released. The energy often seeks a spiritual or creative outlet: music, art, dance, meditation, or caring for others.

There is also a vulnerability in this. Boundaries can blur, anger can turn inward or dissolve into silence. The lesson of Mars in Pisces is to learn to trust your own sensitivity without losing yourself. To know that gentleness is not weakness, but another form of strength and dedication.

March 3: Full moon in Virgo + total lunar eclipse

A day later, we experience a completely different energy: a full moon in Virgo and a total lunar eclipse. The eclipse energy has been noticeable for some time and is having a strong effect in the undercurrent.

Every full moon is a peak of energy and lunar power. The moon exerts its strongest pull on the water on Earth and in our bodies. You may notice that you are more sensitive, more easily moved, or that emotions arise unexpectedly. It is as if the sea within you is creating higher waves. The moon is connected to our subconscious, our intuition, and our shadow sides. What remains hidden during the day becomes visible in the moonlight.

A full moon and total lunar eclipse together are called a blood moon. This is because the moon turns dark red at the moment of the eclipse. A blood moon is a very powerful full moon, which you can feel days in advance. A blood moon zooms in on your shadow aspects and makes you feel even more strongly (than a normal full moon) what is still present in the darkness within you. Which shadow aspects or unresolved issues that you would rather hide away or feel ashamed of want to be seen? Sometimes it can feel as if it starts to pulsate in your body, because stuck energy wants to start moving.

This full moon in Virgo calls for purification and healing. Virgo energy is gentle but precise; it wants to organize, clean up, and restore. Not from a place of judgment, but from a place of dedication. Where can you be kinder to yourself? Which patterns, beliefs, or unresolved issues require attention? What no longer wants to remain hidden, but wants to be seen, felt, and integrated? This blood moon does not call for perfection. It asks for honesty, gentleness, and presence with yourself.

At the same time, the sun is in Pisces. Where the moon in Virgo invites us to practical healing and earthly integration, the sun in Pisces brings a bed of compassion, surrender, and spirituality. Pisces reminds us that everything is connected. That your process is part of a larger whole. That you don't have to understand everything to be able to feel it. This axis—Pisces and Virgo—is about the interplay between heaven and earth, the subtle and the material, and between dreams and action.

March 6: Venus in Aries

And just when you have gone through the depths, the energy shifts again. Venus in Aries feels like a first spark after a long inner journey. Where Pisces dissolved and softened, Aries chooses. Where Virgo purified, Aries ignites the fire.

Venus carries the energy of love, connection, beauty, and self-esteem. In Aries, that love awakens and becomes immediate. There is something pure and uninhibited about this position. Love becomes an adventure, a journey of discovery. The heart beats faster, the blood flows warmer. It is the energy of the very beginning. No long detours, but straight from the heart. It gives you the courage to say:this is what I want, this is what moves me,this is who I am.

Spiritually speaking, Venus in Aries invites self-love as a sacred act. Acknowledge your desires without guilt. Honor your fire without dimming it. After dissolving into the greater whole, Aries reminds you that you too are a unique flame. This energy says: dare to feel what makes you alive. Dare to choose what awakens your heart.

With all these energies combined, you can hardly help but go with the flow, dive deep, and feel what has been waiting to be felt for far too long. This is not the time to be hard on yourself or to try to explain everything rationally, but to keep your heart open as you bravely enter the "basement of your soul."

You may feel unsteady, unstable, more emotional, tired, or have a strong need for silence and alone time. Give yourself space. Write. Go out into nature. Walk. Meditate. Literally tidy up something in your home while symbolically letting go of something within yourself. Trust that what is now becoming visible is ready to be healed.

‘How do you stay true to yourself when your energy is scattered in all directions? And what truth within you wants to be honestly felt, healed, and courageously lived? Out of love for who you really are.’
