Cleanse Set, Palo Santo & Sage

Smudging is an age-old tradition for releasing negative energy. Made from bound together white sage and Palo Santo. The former herb was already used by Native Americans in cleansing rituals and is also considered a sacred herb. Palo Santo is also referred to as "sacred wood," and was used by the Incas - and still is by shamans and medicine men - for its powerful cleansing and purifying effects.

Light the smudge, blow out, walk through the room(s) in which you are distributing the smoke and speak your positive wishes out loud.
Afterwards, do open the windows to air out.
